It is with profound sadness that we have learned of Andrew's passing. The Liverpool Coroner, André Rebello, has ruled that Andrew's death is a consequence of the injuries he suffered at Hillsborough and,therefore, his verdict was that he was unlawfully killed. His family welcomed the verdict. Our thoughts and love are with his devoted family and friends.

I do think we should refer to Hillsborough as 97 people who died

I recall prior to Tony Bland's death in 1993 that the victim count was always referred to as 95

Anyway Andrew's death is very sad news. May he rest in peace.
