I'm on the 12 mini and have no problems mate. I assume you never delete it or anything after a game?
Try going in to notification and turn them off and on again, somehow it will reappear.

It’s very strange, as I said it’s my old phone iPhone 12 which I never took the pass off when I got the 14. It disappears again couple of days ago, turned it on again last night, pass was there and as I was looking at it, it disappeared.😂 Not even into expired passes so it could actually be as Claire said when it syncs it disappears.

I got a new phone last week. My NFC pass turned up in the expired passes section. So I put it back into my wallet. Presuming it will be fine? It’s updated for West Ham.

They have to forward it back to you.

Quick question if anyone knows. I have my ticket and my daughter's in phone. She has ambulant ticket, anyone know how to get the personal assistant ticket on phone also. Tried ticket office all day and no joy getting though.

Anyone know what the score is with forwarding on a concessionary ticket? Does the receiving person just pay the difference or what? The club say they are not charging the difference in the FAQs but i'm not sure if it's been updated for this season or not

Still the same as last season , no charge either way when upgrading or downgrading i.e. sending a concession to an adult and vice versa

If your daughter is a ambulant ticket holder and has a personnel assistant, both will have supporter numbers / accounts. Just log into each account on your phone and download NFC pass for each account in turn , so that all passes on on your phone

Is it still the same now when you try? I know someone moved for Leicester who was in the lower Annie, moved to upper main and when they went to forward their ticket they had to pay the difference in price, so the functionality is sort of there, I really thought that would be the start of charging and refunding for these tickets

Think that may have been just for those supporters moving from the Annie Road Lower ( because Leicester allocated whole of AR Lower) to  higher price seat. Bit unfair in my opinion

Got a bit of a fright today when my passed flashed red a few minutes before KO. Thankfully worked ok when I used the barcode instead of NFC. Always been fine before with NFC, so don't really know why it happened. Anyone else had this?

Flashed red for the first time for Bournemouth then tried again and it was fine.

Was on the new turnstiles in anny Road. Never had a problem before.

NFC worked fine for me all last season. Didn't work for me, today in the M turnstiles for AL3 or three weeks ago for Villa.

No red light, just didn't work. Had to resort to the code. I'm on Android btw.

Anyone ever had this issue? Pair for AL4 today but pass showed Turnstile M (Anfield Rd) & Turnstile B (Kop), pass wouldn't scan, Steward didnt want to know just said go to ticket office although email clearly showed both seats beside each other in AL4

Someone on my F&F needs to download the general NFC so I can forward a ticket to them, but they don’t have the option to download the pass when they log in to their account. It’s greyed out. Is it best for them to get in touch with the club?

Do you need to forward it and then theyll get an email saying download NFC pass?

Have they purchased / basketed it first ? And I mean the general NFC pass …it needs ‘buying’ first

I’ve tried forwarding but it says maximum number exceeded’ when I get to that basket stage.

I think this is the part that they are not seeing an option to do, unless I’ve missed something.

Yeah there is a separate link to buy the pass - get them to add details to that and it should ask to buy the pass / add to basket etc

My friend has an Android phone and the NFC pass has not updated even though the Leicester game is in the account   Tried everything to get it to show   Reading some previous comments it's the bar code that matters and not the front screen showing the wrong game - i have a iPhone so it's all slightly different   Can someone confirm the bar code on the android is all that's needed    Thanks

The barcode and the NFC pass are the same thing, and yes it's all you need. Don't worry.

It says iPhone 6 and above works. I'd make sure the software is up to date on the device though.

Got a mate who has a season ticket, but tomorrow he isn’t sitting in his usual seat (somehow he didn’t have the Derby County credit to get on the ACS, but I managed to get him a ticket in the ‘all STH/members’ sale last week).

Does he have to do anything in particular to get the ‘new’ ticket for tomorrow or does he just scan his season ticket as normal? (He’s obviously got the seat details for where he needs to be on email)
