One thing I'll say about our three brazilians which is why I think they all enjoy being here is because their partners are happy. I date a Brazilian and have been there a couple of times and their addiction to social media is like nowhere else ive ever seen. Its really hard to explain but Instagram and Twitter is so massive and influential its really mindboggling.

Why do I bring this up - Well you may or may not have noticed that the Echo quite often runs puff pieces on what their wags are up to in and around town which they pick up from their Instagram accounts, and I think the wives really love this little bit of notoriety too. They're always all together on Instagram.

I know a few Brazilians who live in Dublin and they absolutely love it there.  They think it's a better quality of life.  Don't really miss the weather either, which was the biggest surprise for me.

he has chosen to put in additional work at Melwood this week with goalkeeper coach John Achterberg despite players who are not on international duty being given the week off by Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.

Liverpool, though, will not rush Alisson back into action until he is 100% fit having been impressed by the form of stand-in Adrian during his absence.

It means there is no guarantee the Brazilian will be between the sticks when the Reds are next in action at Old Trafford on October 20.''

There's a difference between being fit and being ready.  All players - even mentality monsters - need at least one game to get the psychological sharpness back.

If Alisson is available then Klopp will decide on his suitability.  There's a fair argument to make for him returning in the LC game against Arsenal rather than against United though.  Either way it will be the right decision because Klopp is making it. :)

We play United, Genk and Spurs before the Arsenal game. Would be crazy to keep him out until then if he’s fit.

I imagine he’s played some behind closed door games during this break and Klopp will be able to see if he’s ready.

Can't rule out what you say but something tells me it does not come too soon. For example if the Leicester game was a critical one like a late CL knockout one or a title decider, Alisson could have played in it. So two weeks later, I think he's probably ready.
Messi in fact doesn't have a recognizable trait.

If he's 100% fit he plays, if he isn't 100% fit then he doesn't play, we've got a decent 2nd choice keeper and klopp won't risk Alisson if there's any doubt.  It sounds like he will play though which is great news.  Adrian has done well while he's been out, but there's no way a fit Alisson sits on the bench.

He's playing. Klopp said well before the break that he's in a good way and doing full training, and made the good overlooked point that keeper training is intense. With a lot of quick repetition of the actions required that are affected by his calf, like diving and instantly getting up for another and like kicking at range. Not to mention usual aerobic fitness.

If he's getting through these repeatedly, and was doing so before the break, he's almost certainly ready for 90 minutes which aside from a few focused moments won't have the same intensity as a couple of full sessions.

Honestly don’t think it’s as 100% as people think.

Allisson will certainly be back very shortly but wouldn’t be massively surprised if Adrian plays at the weekend, even if it’s nothing more than a reward for how well he’s done during Allis injury.
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.
