on a whatsapp group i'm on quite a few lads successful, but they've all picked cat 2 and cat 1 tickets. too rich for my blood tha. me and my mates all unsuccessful, aba 14 applications.
I had my friend who is marginally interested but has a French address sign up. Her and I got in but she would prefer to give her ticket to someone in our group who cares more. Is there a way to do this? Anyone with experience know if they match your ID to the name on your ticket or anything? IS it possible to transfer it to someone else? Sorry for the noob question.
They don't check for IDs at the gates, so she can give it to whoever. I went to Madrid and no IDs were checked.

Is mad they implied they were giving out 5000 extra free tickets to fans but in reality tripled the size of the secretive UEFA family ballot
They weren't extra, weren't they? Just half of the allocation for the clubs should be free according to them. What's really mad is that the biggest allocation in the whole thing goes to whoever they choose to give it to. Not even taking into account that except for the rough numbers there's zero transparency and already you find dozens of sites offering tickets for the final at ridiculous prices.
So, if they are drawing the ballot now (1 unsuccessful so far, not heard on other 2 but no doubt unsuccessful) what happens to the tickets set aside for successful applicants who then don't take them up? Probably being naive here aren't I...... creamed off for UEFA mates!

I have a confirmation email of my UEFA application but no email today. I’ve also logged into my UEFA account and it says there is no application under my name. Any ideas anybody please?
There will be some fans that don’t pay for their tickets, these tickets may be offered to fans that were unsuccessful in the random draw.Says on the email
They draw another ballot and give them to those who were unsuccessful beforehand, that is how I got my tickets in Madrid.

I don't know, but I hope it's some time next week. It says people will know by the 6th of May how to pay for the tickets, if they've been successful, so I would hope they don't give people more than one week to do that.
