The networks want to inflict the NFC East in every prime time game like it's the early 90s and Bill Parcells is taking on Joe Gibbs or Jimmy Johnson.
Stop living in the past, granddads.  They're all piss poor, and everyone knew this going into the season (well, we thought the Eagles would be good).

In 2018, 42 quarterbacks have started at least one NFL game. Among those 42 quarterbacks, Buffalo passers are ranked 40th, 41st and 42nd. Allen (61.8), Anderson (56.0) and Peterman (30.7) are those bottom three.

Funny you should mention Nathan Peterman as the Bills have waived him.

I'm just surprised that Roger Goodell didn't order the Bills to release him weeks ago, as he was becoming witness #1 in Kaepernick's collusion case.

You're all wrong about Monday night though. You need to tune in. It's going to be a JFK moment. I was there when Mullens really arrived

He came, he saw, he lost

I was convinced the Niners were going to go 3-7

crap :(

Having now seen the highlights (so obviously missing a lot) Mullens looked alright. Two interceptions weren't really on him, maybe the first is too slow?, but definitely not the second one. Was let down by receivers on a couple of other big plays too. Didn't seem to panic

Will that be something permanent, or just because the Bengals play his old team twice in the next 6 weeks?

Think it'll be permanent, been there before, but it is a massive coincidence they are playing them twice in 6 weeks haha.

Aaron Jones is for real. People give out about this team but I really think they're improving even if the record doesn't show it. This year might be too soon but next year we'll be a problem for everyone.

Yet again do all the hard work and still fuck it up with some piss poor play calling on third downs. Ridiculous. Change needed I think, sick of the same old shit.

McCarthy is getting a lot of stick for this season, and to some extent deservedly so, but Aaron Rodgers is part of the problem as well. He's by no means beyond criticism. He's flat out missing guys, throwing some bad balls and holding on to the football (especially on 3rd down) when there's options built in many of those plays for easy completions. Even the fact that McCarthy didn't challenge the incompletion is partly down to Rodgers' frustrating tendency to run every play clock down to zero which leads to timeouts being wasted literally every game. You have to remember it's a duo with him and McCarthy. Rodgers has probably greater control over playcalling and changing the play at the line of scrimmage than any other QB in the league. He's certainly not playing like the most expensive QB in the game, injury or not.

It's even a bit comical that with Rodgers as QB Green Bay is actually more dangerous running the ball, but flat out refuse to do so, escpecially in the clutch.

Case study: https://twitter.com/SconnieSports/status/1063286303964450816

That's embarrasing from Rodgers in the 4th. Should be an easy completion.
