Think we actually played better before the red card than we have since.

Need to step up the urgency in the second half if we're going to get a breakthrough. The pattern of the game is set and it could easily turn into a very frustrating night.

Really poor attacking wise so far, feels like their line up and then sending off gave us not only a good chance to win but end the tie tonight and we've created absolutely nothing apart from the chance for the red card. Robertson a million terrible crosses, Hendo giving the ball straight to them etc. Our best attacker has been Joel Matip which says a lot. Hopefully we up it after half time, should be winning this by at least 2.

No shots on target against a depleted Arsenal team who went down to 10 men halfway through the half. Not great, but Klopp will change things around at half time.

Best thing that can be said about this game is it must be strengthening Salah’s position in his wage negotiations. Get him signed as without him we are completely toothless.

Very frustrating.

We've been quite blunt - obviously missing Salah/Mane, fullbacks not quite at their best and not the most creative midfield.

We're far superior to them, 10 or 11 players, should be taking at least a 2 goal lead into next week.

A bit painful to watch them try and progress the ball before the red and then offer anything to break down a low block after it. Plenty of time to go though.

Feels like we are still trying to play as if Salah and Mane are on the pitch.

Need patience but also need to keep it moving quickly, making some wrong choices at times. Feels like Ox or Jones could make a difference.

Ox and Jones. As soon as we can. Milner has been a fantastic signing and servant for us but I don't want to see him walk back onto the pitch for the start of the second half. Arsenal are here to defned and that's it we need to get at them

With this lineup we would win against 11 but now they have 10 the lineup is completely wrong. One of the midfielders needs to be replaced or needs to move forward. Delivery from Trent and Robbo has to improve as they will get much more freedom now.

Matip will also be key, he needs to go on those runs now

We've got 45min to actually get a shot on target.

Otherwise everything else is going well, midfield is getting into good positions and the defense hasn't really been troubled.
