This season has been a disaster since Alisson went off injured vs Norwich. Got absolutely nothing right at all.

Should finish on about 65 once bonuses are added on. Arguably should have captained Mo or Auba over big Kev but he was the logical choice. Cemented my lead, just could do without a United masterclass tomorrow.

Still having a decent week, Charlie Taylor getting his first score involvement of the season plus a clean sheet was a big bonus.

Mane wasn't benched entirely, he came on for 30 mins and got a yellow card. Since the leader of my league has Sadio and I'm in second with Mo, I'm quietly pleased with that.

I was about 100 clear at the top of our private league at the restart. Now down to 27.

Last night the lad chasing me had Fernandes as captain. I had Rashford.

Penalty United.

Of fucking course the usual penalty taker steps aside and Big Bruno slots. Wankers.

That swing there has made me very nervous with four to go!

Been trying to find a way of shoehorning Fernandes into my team, but I can't do it without dropping one of De Bruyne, Mane or Salah. Now, at some stage Klopp and/or Guardiola are going to diddle me by resting one or all of these, but then equally, they might not and they're all capable of big scores.

Fuck knows!

I am pretty happy myself. Into the top 3000 in the world. I have already screenshot and printed it as my proudest achievement.

I think you could say I got lucky with Egan in my side and Fernandes as captain when most other people went KDB. Miles clear in the work league where there is £500 riding on it for the season.

This is my Leicester season

Antonio is not a bad shout. The problem with Mane, Salah and particularly De Bruyne is you are never 100% guaranteed that they will all start. Pep will have his eyes firmly on Europe, and while he will want to keep De Bruyne fit I can see him being benched for the odd game with Foden (cheap, very cheap) and Silva coming in

i had de bruyne for a bit but pep is a fantasy football nightmare

impossible to predict who plays ederson aside

this week ive gone for salah in mane out

so of course mane will start and salah will be on formby beach for the afternoon

I have got Mane and Salah but starting to think that having both may not be the right option now. After the rest midweek I think Mane will deffo start

Mane is in as well. As is De Bruyne.

Looking at City's run-in I'd love to pull one or two in from their attack, but as others have said, you genuinely have no idea who will play game-to-game. David Silva has started the last couple, so does he drop out now? Is Foden due another start? Mahrez tends to come off every time he starts, and often before 60. With Aguero injured you'd think that Jesus to get a run, but then Sterling has been starting some through the middle.

Again, fuck knows!

Yes.

I've tried throughout the season to not be too reactive to peaks and troughs in form and it's served me pretty well overall. Hoping it will again!
