Just saw I had both City scorers too. Shame Bobby didn’t get the goal he deserved.

Pretty good week so far I think, I should be on about 80 when bonus points are added, with Holebas to play.

Once the BPs go on, I'll be on 86 with Richarlison to play. This season is ridiculous for me so far.  Surely I'll be even higher after this game week.  :o

94 points lads! with a 3 point sub and Feminia to go. could crack 100. 5614 on the gameweek puts me 175k overall. On the March! The Suarez years were good to me but i never saw the top half mill last year or this until now. Dont need no steenking mancs.  ;D

funny thing is i need to blow it up a bit to get Mane back in. Gotta lose one of Jesus Morata or Hazard. I guess probably Jesus just because of rotation

I chose the first good captain this week with Salah.

On 61 points with 4 players yet to play.

84 pts with two left to play. So frustrating that the two above me both got 79 so barely any ground caught up.

Transferring Callum Wilson in yesterday morning shows I’m still an excellent scout at this game.

Currently in the top 50 in the world after a 94 point haul  :lmao

I'll drop by the time the round is over as there are autosubs to go through and a couple of teams still to play (I've got no one left to play).

Haha that’s amazing! The run continues! I got 78, my joint highest so far and have Choupo thingy from Stoke to come. Thought I was doing well in the top 262k (still top 5% worldwide, God knows what you are!).

It's just surreal.  I'm in leagues with lads I've played this with for years.  They're always very competitive and close run.  Only two lads are within a hundred points of me.

I told my Mrs I was top 50 in the world, all she did was give me a look as though to say "Am I bovered?".  I told her our future grand kids will understand.

Who have you got that your mates haven’t?

I nearly didn’t update my team yesterday, remembered on the train up at 11.25 and in that five minutes made Salah captain and subbed in Daniels of Bournemouth for Manquilo. Might leave it to the last five minutes every week!

I think the key moves have been having morata in (except when he was injured), Salah from the start and moving off and on players at the right time.  So much luck to be honest, but you need it.

There are a few mistakes in there too which in hindsight look awful, but I can't complain.  I had the wrong captain three weeks in a row a few weeks back, but I've got them right more often than not so far.

I’ve had Salah from the start too. And Jesus and De Bruyne. Did have Morata but swapped him for Lacazette when he was injured. Will probably reverse that but will wait til after next week.

My best ever finish was about 13,000th.  Finishing above that is my goal from here.  I imagine this is my high water mark for this season.  Keeping up this consistency I can't see happening.

13k alone quite brilliant. You never know do you have any number of big money movers? It can get (if your lucky) that your guys ie suarez in the day for example, get so expensive other teams cant afford and suffer in comparison the better you do the better you do. Meanwhile you mostly just never sell.

But anyway top 50 itw at any point in the game let alone 1/3 mark is a serious braniac achievement imo.

Had Salah as captain last week, first time my choice of captain has proper paid off this season.

I'll probably jinx myself, but I've put Ali as captain this week. Hopefully WBA will be in disarray!
Let us never forget Rafael Benitez and what he did for us. A fighter full of guts and passion. A gentleman full of class and dignity. A football manager full of intelligence and pure genius. A Legend.

Thanks mate

Not really massive movers.  But points in the bank is never a bad thing.  I'll drop a lot this week. Only one fit defender this week and he's already conceded.  Gambled on my injured ones only being out for a week.  Desperately need them back for the mid week fixtures.

It's incredible how many Bonus Points Azpilicueta gets over a course of a season. He again stole one from Salah there.

He did kind of - Salah had 23 BPS and Azpi had 24. But anyway, I think BPS system is alright, it kind of tries to reward things other than goals and assist and punishes wasteful behavior. For instance, Richarlison never gets bonus points because he loses the ball too often and takes wasteful shots.

Yes completely agree. It factors in so much more than that. It also rewards the guys who do their homework and study which guys tend to get Bonus Points regularly. Ward and Aziplicueta are prime examples I think.

Captained Jesus over Salah which is frustrating but at least he got himself an assist. Funny week for me, 9 out of my 11 scored either through goals/assists/clean sheets or bonuses, plus 5 points for Gross on the bench, but will only end up with 65.

Been doing loads better the last few weeks, I got off to such a shit start because I had Sanchez in from the beginning and my bench rarely did enough to prevent me having a ten man team. Currently 250th in the RAWK league after Saturday but with points today for Monreal, Sanchez, Sterling and Jesus I should shoot up a fair bit!

I don't need any more pressure thanks.  I finished  at 115th after last week's matches concluded.  Crept into the top 100 now at the end of this round.  I thought I'd fall a long way as I only had one fit defender likely to play.  Somehow scraped a decent total from mainly captain Kane, Salah and Sterling.

Living the dream  ;D (until I fuck it up on Tuesday)

Last year there was a time when to have a good GW you just had to take a look who playing against Swansea and get the opponent's striker. Remember Randon getting three of his four during the season against them!

I think Everton are that team now. Will see where I'd fit Ayew.
