My mates lost his Jubbly stub.
Gonna post off my two and his one.
They were all bought on my card details so fingers crossed
they should let me have them.

just got back from the TO, bit of a que (started at the Shankly statue).
Also, the woman at the counter was actually quite helpful and asked me if i would like my LumbyJumby stub (which i bought on general sale) to be swiped on to my fan card. This is something they would not do for me last season with my Man City away stub so maybe (just maybe) they are getting their act together.

As i have lost my Steua tickets im gonna have to go in for th eone previous ticket batch (so bye bye Kop seats)

I was just wondering then if anyone knew if this also will be postal only or if non-st's can call up as of next friday?

I'm gonna go down on the 13th when it goes to one stub and get both rounds. One of mates lost his Jubbly stub so we have to wait now. There should still be a fair few left by then shouldn't there?

ok. i have got all my stubs together for the people i want to take. Will i be ok by sending them in the post tomos for monday or sunday. I no i will get tickets but will they accept my stubs because friday (today has gone)

yet to see any feedback on anyone who tried to get tickets on the phone who are non ST.

I phoned - got through very quickly (despite the volume of expected calls being the reason I was given for the forced postal). I explained that we couldn't find all the stubs and asked if there was a chance of a sneaky phone application. "NO. Send in the stubs you have and a note, and we'll check the system".

ETC membership No. printed on these tickets so they are data collecting in some hap hazard way if you are on the database.

Not sure if this is the case at all, Roger. I'm guessing that when they upgraded (changed?) the computerised printing of the tickets, they simply print the PTS/ETC number of any ticket that you order. Not sure if it makes any real difference, although down the line it may have some affect. At the moment with games not selling out, it hardly makes much difference who's number is on a ticket.

i dunno. still seems a bit daft to me to have an ETC number and a different PTS number. Why not just a Fan Card with a unique number that has different levels of privileges.

Exactly Roger. Why not allow everyone a Fan card so that the people who actually go to games are credited with them on their own card rather than having to borrow someone else's?

TO rang me at work this morning, to say they had found me in the database three times

said not to worry about getting the other two sets of stubs to them as he could see I had previously bought four, so four for both rounds on there way, back row 202

oh and said that my PTS number would be on the tickets, wish they could have done this last Thursday when I rang or even on Friday when they received the first two sets, would have saved a huge amount of time, money and effort in mails, texts and phone calls sorting the other two sets out

I sent mine last post on Thursday and haven't heard anything yet.
I did send a letter explaining one missing stub, but the grovelling couldn't have been up to your standards.
