I think all registered accounts got either successful or wait position email. My husband’s account I was successful but I was 11,000+ waiting list position

Log in to your members account - make sure it’s the account that registered for the ballot (you may have to queue to access) then look under the concerts tab in your account.  If it says ‘no concerts available’ then you were unsuccessful in ballot.  If the Swift sale shows, you can just go ahead and buy.  You don’t really need the link.

Edit - sorry, seems you can’t do that now.  It worked this morning - daughter logged into her account, although she was unsuccessful in ballot. But seems club have now restricted access to only those with a link.

I think you should definitely have an email whatever the outcome (successful/unsuccessful/WaitingList).

Have you checked junk folders and all members email inboxes?

Any expectations on how the waiting list might work? Eg open for 1-500 for 1 hour, then 500-1000 etc? As usual their email gave the impression they hadn’t figured it out at the point of writing,

Way more for Friday. I can only think that the allocation was smaller for Thursday as the Thursday date was announced late.

It’s brilliant that people are getting sorted and they’re all good seats, no dodgy behind the stage seats.

The pre sale for the Thursday date for Taylor Swift fans had already happened so that is probably why.

Presumably you got your 4 tickets yesterday on one membership. You didn’t allocate them did you?

Was easy that, got through quickly and got two good seats in the Kenny.

They were on a friend's membership though, no idea how to transfer them on the night. As above I tried to transfer one of them to my LFC membership but it wouldn't let me, presumably because I didn't have an access code myself.

It depends what you registered for. If you registered for 4 then that membership gets 4. So if you split them 2 and 2 yesterday then you should be able to split them again.

Having said that I only applied in pairs so can’t say for sure.

Managed to get two together. Every time I selected 4, tickets we’re unavailable, I’m guessing I was just too slow. 2 for Friday, still a few singles left.

All very confusing. If you bought what you were entitled to buy yesterday and got another email today I don’t get why you can’t buy in accordance with what you’ve registered for. Just make sure you logged out and logged back in under the ID of the lead booker for this sale

I’m in under my partners log in did that first thing this morning so as not to hold things up, but guess we’ve used up our allocation of 2 each

Sales of "Adult" tickets to this product are limited  to 2 tickets per product per history per item owner.

Managed to get 2 x tickets in the Kop 109 (seated together) as just chose "select seats for me" (no messing). At least I'll have a very happy niece but holy shit, that is some damn expensive tickets. I mind when it was only £15 to see a band at the Barrowlands
