They really are a sad bunch aren't they?
They talk about the "Cartel" as Us, the red Mancs, Barca, Madrid, the Milans, Bayern etc.
Those clubs that were giants of their own leagues, across Europe and the World but not wanting any upstarts joining the gravy train or upsetting the status quo. Those clubs that ringfenced all the finances, had the wealthiest owners and priced everyone else out of competing for the biggest prizes.
The Cartel now is them and maybe PSG. So wealthy they can't be legislated against. So wealthy nobody can compete with the fees and wages on offer. So wealthy the authorities have to turn a blind eye to their financial cheating. So wealthy they don't need UEFA competitions.
Yet here we are, 10yrs into their campaign to oust everyone who stands in their way and they still can't dominate their own league.
Despite all that brainwashing, all that financial muscle, all those world class players, all the stamping of feet, protests and whinging about the FA, the PL, UEFA, the Referees, they're still nobodies.
Desperate for recognition, desperate for rivals, desperate for acclaim, desperate to be part of the Cartel that they spent so long ridiculing.
Let them wallow in their own cesspit of shite, we'll carry on being one of the original Cartel Giants
