The time to add someone to your friends and family isn't until mid August. If you need to register her with an account you can do so through this link https://ticketing.liverpoolfc.com/crmcreateaccount.aspx

Then take the supporter ID you've got for her and use it to add her to your friends and family

yeah they are usually separate as they should be

Otherwise how could they be guaranteed a ticket for 13+

I have my dad linked to my F&F already. He doesn’t have a compatible phone for NFC. Am I ok to add his NFC pass onto my Apple wallet? I’m assuming it’s fine, if it is possible like for kids etc.

Based of the registration numbers, they can see oh we have 3k tickets left, allocate 3k to ballot entrants and do them all in 1 sale? still all be guaranteed

1 thing I hope gets sorted in this new system is trying to get people who buy a single ticket to not be able to choose one in between a row so people who need 2, 3 or 4 can sit closer together.

Reads as you don't need to do anything with regards to each ticket, the pass is just updated as and when.

Thanks, me and my dad's member cards qualify. but he took a fall a few weeks ago and won't going to a game any time soon. so i am thinking of registering her, so she can come with me (should i be successful in buying tickets).... then transferring his ticket over to her.

Yes you will if you bought in the members sale for the friendly.

Reading between the lines that's all you need to do, the pass on your phone will update with the seat details

I agree, this debate happened a few pages up. Hopefully confirmation thats not the case when the comms are out for sale dates

Yeah thanks, he’ll have to sort it when it’s his turn. He only goes the European games now but this is ‘for members who have recorded between 4 and 19 Premier League home games during Season 2018/19 or 2019/20 ONLY. ‘ so it’s not his turn yet.

I’ve just logged into my dads account and he can download is and he has not been to a league match in years

So anyone who runs out of mobile data won't get it updated, and i'd guess not scan to get in! Also if its updated showing the seat details already, what happens when a F&F transfer is done after it? Are the seats details then gonna disapear or is it gonna stay showing on your card regardless? I mean, whats stopping someone just turning off automatic updates on the apple wallet/google pay and then the card works for entry as well as the F&F transfer? Or once its transfered will the NFC 100% be disabled at the turnstile even if the app can't update?

The ticket wasn't "printed" minutes before kick off. It was usually done days before.

They've done this to stop people playing the system as you described and said photos or screenshots of the NFC screen won't work.
