How many properties are we talking about that are "blocking" the development of Anfield?
What is the "market" Value of said properties?

It appears that it's around 9 that are privately owned down Lothair Rd. 4 of which are owner occupied. 4 of which are rented out with current tennants. 1 of which is empty.
The rest are either owned by the club, the council, or Arena.
As for market value, I think they are way below £100k from what Ive seen written. But they will definitely go for above that.
