A bit meh to be honest. 2 QFs in 8 years.

I'm convinced that he's the second best clay courter on there these days and given the form he's shown at the start of this season (4 finals in 8 events), I find him to be too big at 25/1.

and he'll avoid the higher seeds? If so then it is a good shout

We (me and Paddy) reckon he'll be 6th seed so you're looking at QFs before he runs into one of the top 3 and from there it's all about avoiding Nadal's half of the draw.

Djokovic is 0-3 against him on clay and although Federer owns him (11-0 h2h), I think Ferrer is better placed than ever to beat him.

Me? I'm going to be crying that my Mark Selby and David Ferrer (to win the French Open) double is going to go tits up. Damn you Stuart Bingham and damn you Paddy you bastard (though best of luck against Trump).

Blatant attempt of a jinx that.

Nice try all the same.

Just win.

Took 10/1 when he won the Masters. Going by my antepost thus far this year, he'll lose the final.

Porto 4/6, Porto -1 2/1 & overs 5/6 all interest me tomorrow night.

Porto like a train this season. Off the top of my head they've won every single home game, bar a 2-0 Benfica defeat in the cup and a 1-0 loss to Sevilla in a game they didn't need to win. They score goals for fun (58 goals at home in 21 league & European games) and aswell Villarreal being capable of scoring aswell, they are very leaky on the road against decent sides.

Barca 3-1
Real Madrid 4-2
Sevilla 3-0
Atletico Madrid 3-1
Valencia 5-0
Sevilla 3-2

Away matches at Leverkusen (2-3) and Twente (1-3) both produced overs, too.

Any team news I should be aware of please?

£11.54 on Porto to win the Europa league (2.40) and Manchester United to beat Schalke in the return leg (1.44) @ 3.50
(£40.01 returns)

That 2.40 on Porto to win the Europa league is outrageous. Boylesports, for anyone who is interested. They are ridiculously good under Villas Boas this season. Double your money. I matched it up with the Man United match to increase the odds a bit, because frankly they could win that match with their eyes closed.

Definitely on that. No clean sheet in 7 for Porto (League and Europe). Only failed to score once this season (League/europe) and that was at home to Sevilla in a meaningless game.
As you say, Villarreal very capable of scoring.

Main bet tonight.

Few shouts for tomorrow...

Hannover 96 host Borussia Monchengladbach today looking to keep hold of 3rd place ahead of Bayern.
Their home record this season is brilliant, winning 11 of 15 (including a loss to Dortmund and a draw to Bayer Leverkusen which is nothing to be ashamed of). They've won their last 5, winning 4 of them to nil.
Borussia M'gladbach come off the back of a shock 1-0 win at home to league leaders Dortmund, however they've failed to win away from home in 5 (lost 4 of them)
Hannover welcome back top scorer Dider Ya Konan from suspension, whilst BM are missing De Camargo, and defenders Dante and Jaures.

Hannover to win @ 1.83
Win to nil @ 3.75

Crewe face relegated Stockport County (mathematically still possible but goal difference is massive).
Unbeaten at home in 7 (5 wins), they have a great home record against the teams in the bottom half (7-2-1).
Stockport on the other hand have a poor away record in general. They did however win their last away game against Port Vale, but before that they had lost their last 10 away.

Crewe to win @ 1.71
also worth a shout is Donaldson fgs @ 4.33

Crewe striker and current league 2 top scorer Donaldson has hit 26 goals this season, with 6 in his last 3 home games. He'll be looking to stay at the top of the scoring charts with Bury's Ryan Lowe only 1 behind him.

Accy Stanley host relegation battlers Barnet and will be looking to cement their place in the playoffs as it looks increasing likely that automatic promotion will be a step too far for them. Unbeaten in 11 (h&a) and 11 at home, their most recent 6 home games have seen 5 wins and 1 draw (0-0), scoring 16 with only 2 conceded. Those 5 wins have all come with them scoring at least 3 in each game.
Barnet are 1 point from safety and they have put up a spirited fight in recent games, losing only once in their last 6.
They are however without their second top scorer Steve Kabba, who has netted 11 times this season whilst Accy have no new injury concerns.

Accrington Stanley @ 1.8
Win to nil @ 3.3
Accy Stanley -1 @ 3.25
Accy Stanley to score over 2.5 goals @ 3.75

Also for Sunday, Levante at home to Gijon.

May I throw Leyton Orient into the equation. Have lost twice in 20 home games, and host Tranmere side who are sketchy on the road at best. Tranmere are officially able to breath now and are completely safe, where as Leyton orient sit 7th in the league 3 points off a playoff point, knowing they have to win both there remaining two games to get into the playoff. 10/11 best price, and I quite like the 10/1 on the Orient -1/Accrington -1 double.

Also Jamie Cureton is 5/1 to open the scoring for Exeter tomorrow morning at home to Plymouth. Has netted 17 times this season, 14 of which have come at home, opening the scoring on 9 occasions.
Bet 1, Lyon v B Munich...No Hat Trick @ 1.03.
