There seems to be a disparity between daytime and evening crossing.  Interesting.  This needs to be looked into.  Maybe people aren't aware that you are allowed to block traffic at night as well.  Or perhaps in the evening hours, drivers are more prone to just run over annoying pedestrians.  There must be a grant for this kind of research.

This is like reading a threadful of Partridges commenting on all the customers at Michael's petrol station.

And it's brilliant!

It's all about Crossing Periodisation. Man at C&A has a stat that shows that the second half of the day of zebra crossings dwindles because there aren't enough bodies in the critical "Crossing Delta". I've seen sessions where crossers have worked in numbers-down situations to take advantage of the space left in the second half of the day. I took notes on them when I did my Beep-Licence with the F.A. Football Association. The problem is that the passion goes in the latter parts, and you need a good crowd making the zebra crossing a bastion of invisibility. There is a 14% chance Fulham will try to call off the zebra crossing because the wind is on strike.

the inclement weather this evening has done no favours for the zebra cam voyeur. The tourist brigade has dwindled in numbers over the last hour or so. :no

Have any of your lads been making use of the "zoom" feature to try and catch a glimpse of license plate numbers of those motorists who aren't yielding to pedestrians, so that you can report them to the police?  Yeah, neither have I...

Yes, I believe it indicates what we call "a potential twat-flattening event" may be about to occur.

Nah, surely there'd be no trains after 9.45pm (plus the time to get back from Craven Cottage to Euston) to get back to the north west. I'd expect they're all staying overnight if they live that way.

With so much talk of zebra crossings, it's almost like it's a ploy to get Fulham thinking they're actually playing Newcastle tonight, and not Liverpool
