Now 18.00 CET(central european time) is 18.00 British summer time.  Whereas 18.00 CEST (Central European summer time) is 17.00 British summer time.  Is this where the confusion arises?

Coverage starts at 4.30pm on BT and ends at 6.30pm, so official coverage must begin at 5pm. Guess the actual draw will probably start around quarter past.

We are capable of beating every team in it but I fail to see why anyone would want us to face good teams at this stage. Draw all the shite, get qualification wrapped up with something in hand and keep key players fresh.

Whilst that's true in some respects and I partly agree, I'm not that fussed about who we face, it's The Champions League, you're always gonna face good teams if you wanna get far. Okay, we'd prefer an easy ride through the group stages but I can't deny it'd be great to face top class European teams, or PSG. That's what it's all about.
