I'm speculating here, but there is a chance that some tickets may be released via the sponsor, player or traditional 'returns' route.
You may find that's how more tickets get released, rather than from the fans contacted via the club.

I dunno.

applied on 4 cards. 2 have 18 PL homes on and 2 have 3 PL homes on, the 2 with the 18 got in and the other two didnt, might be fluke but I hope this had something to do with it - probably not, but it should have..

whats the guess for the highest number on the waiting list to get sorted by the club in the end??? I would go for getting close to 1000

Its a fluke.

2 mates with 19 homes, some leagues aways and all FA cup were unsuccessful.

I wouldn't even say 200... There's noway 1000 people are not going to take up the option of not getting a ticket.

I'd say about everyone who wanted to go, intended to go with someone. A lot of those people now won't go. It depends on how honest those people are, as to whether the tickets end up with people on the waiting list, or with touts.

imagine.. you got a ticket for the city game on general sale as you werent that bothered, you applied for the ballot (free to do so) you won on the ballot and now you have the reality of stumping up £90 per ticket plus train and hotel and spends, up until now it hasnt been an expense, now it is a £200-300 day out, there will be plenty that dont take up the tickets..... wait and see

i got 1 on 550 on the waiting list and am fairly confident of getting a call sometime next week.... fingers crossed

got 1 ticket in the first round ( 4 away's this year). I have now just been lucky in the ballot.
I want my lad to go, will I be able to buy a ticket in the same block as the original. Or will I be able to swap so I get 2 together ?
