It’s genuinely baffling me how they’re all saying it wasn’t a pen. If that’s not a handball you’d get a pen for I’m not sure what is
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

Only just saw that Bournemouth goal and it's very well played by the scorer.  Bad bounce on the ball but he managed to get it out of his feet and kept the distance between him and the opposition players.

Nightmare for Chris Mepham.

The momentum is with Brentford now, it's been a mad half an hour.

Owen Farrell would have been proud of that. ;D

Considering the season he's had and the amount goals he's scored, Toney's finishing from open play has been terrible today.

Starting to develop a strong dislike for Brentford. The way they swan around like their shit doesn’t stink when they’ve been nothing but bottle jobs is more than a bit grating. Frank in particular behaves as if he’s Arrigo Sacchi and coaching against Sam Allardyce.

Very easy to say in hindsight but Mepham’s challenge wasn’t necessary at all, not after 25 odd minutes. Bournemouth were barely hanging on once down to 10 men.

So Brentford through, 3-1 on the day, 3-2 on aggregate.  Will play Barnsley or Swansea in play-off final, next Saturday.  Swansea are 1-0 up from 1st leg.

Personally would like Brentford to go up, a ground score for me & relatively easy ground to get to.  Them or Barnsley.

Would like Barnsley or if not then Brentford. Can't be arsed with Swansea.

Yeah, how dare they be the first team in play off history to celebrate a semi final win.

Nothing to do with that, there’s just this elitist aura about the way they play football compared to other championship clubs and it’s become really, really irritating. They’ve no reason to be like that.

I'm glad Brentford have gone through, it would have been a bit boring if the three clubs that went down last summer had all come back straight back up.

I'm surprised Bournemouth done as well as they have done, was expecting them to struggle, maybe finish mid/lower table after they got relegated last season.

You'd imagine they'll lose a few players this summer as well now, they might struggle to keep players like Brooks, Danjuma and Lerma for a second season in the Championship.

A lot to do for Barnsley but would be fun.

Brentford may have an air of superiority, but I bet no one here would mind if they replaced some of the other Prem clubs near the bottom (and the typical style of play and managers associated with some of those clubs).

Huh?

Watch their games or listen to Frank and you can see they think of themselves as something they’re not. Clearly seeps down from the manager because they were never like it during Dean Smith’s reign.

The battle to get into the championship, Sunderland were winning 2-0[2-2 on agg], Lincoln scored & now lead 3-2 on agg, Lincoln have just missed a penalty, played 65 minutes.
