Rogelio Funes Mori has the nickname the evil twin.

Evil because he scores goals.

Today’s games are at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium. Our games are at the Khalifa International Stadium.

2 games there on Tuesday, ours on Weds, then the final 2 on Sat.

Yeah.  The question is what is the rough equivalent to their league over here?  If they're currently 8th then I'm guessing they've fallen off since they qualified for this tournament, whereas we've done the opposite.

I'm mostly worried about them fighting dirty though.

Where they from?

They're from Mexico & qualified by winning the CONCACAF Champions League.

Their most recognised players are Vincent Janssen, the Dutch striker who floppped at Spurs & the brother of the ex-Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori.

The Mexican league has a complete mastery of the dark arts. everybody in the league plays to a Robbo standard. Including tbf the lack of intent for any real injury thats against  "The code" just Snide for breakfast, Lunch and Supper. also diving time wasting ref pleading play acting the whole freaking shebang. Might as well be Portugal.  and they are good technically as well.

For all that the goalie looked like shit.  ;D Origi and Shaq and Adam to start would be fine imo. llallana would be easily as good as anything they have most likely

Glad someone had the courage to post that.  Have watched MLS vs Mexican league in the concacaf, and it is god awful, and not talking about the low skill level. Like you said, PSG levels of rolling around, time wasting, diving, selfish ball hogging. Must be a cultural thing because I can't see how that would be at all entertaining to watch every week.

Kelleher

Williams - Van Den Berg - Gallacher - Larouchi

Dixon-Bonner - Chirivella - Jones

Elliot - Brewster - Longstaff

That would be my best guess anyway.
