.. But when you think about it, 105 points to play for still. Are we out of it? Nah. How many losses did the Scum have last season? 4, and Ch€£$ki? 5.

We can't do anything to change what happens on the pitch - that's up to the players and the coaching staff.

But, to be fair, this is a forum - the oxygen of this forum is Blame, Guilt, Anger, Criticism. May I recommend the following as good places to unwind and de-stress after we lose as I definitely don't recommend conversing with the doom merchants in this forum:

I'm still going to whinge about our defence against set pieces. Heck, we played a bad game and Villa played a good defensive game. It could have gone either way. We didn't play particularly well and our key players are not performing

Sorry, not an awful lot wrong out there. It is natural that we are struggling a bit without Alonso, but we will get there. I think the problem is a mental one. We had enough chances to blow Villa away last night. Reminded me a bit of 'Boro away last season. Should have wrapped game up in first half hour, then conceded an own goal, then we lost a second.

No need to panic. A few ridiculous Rafa out type texts were sent in to 5 Live after the game and it caused Alan Greene to put some perspective on the performance stating that we had won many games playing a lot worse than last night. Very true.

Our biggest problem is in ourselves and I think that applies to the fans more than the team. The pressure of our own expectations could choke us

Great post. There is pressure but that's the Prem, you have to perform in every game. Chelsea have no such problems with it. Maybe because they've won it and we haven't.
But we must continue to push and fight to get to the top.
Every team will lose more than two games this season. And they're likely to draw a lot more too. Chin up guys and Roll on Bolton.

Everybody who is coming to the Burnley game, put your fucking cameras away, put your fucking phones away, encourage the team and everything will be Ok. Don't sit in silence, don't boo, don't text your mates every 2 fucking minutes. It's a slow start but we're quite capable of putting a good long run together.

Saw my 1st match in '65 and been addicted to the red drug ever since....and I love it. love the ups and accept the downs 'cos that's what it means to follow LFC.

Its an addiction, you crave success, you hate failure, you love the glory and feel real emotional pain when we lose...its part n parcel of following the reds. So roll with it, accept it, no one said it would be easy when you signed the contract when you became a red.

The team will try to fulfill their part of the contract and whatever happens you have to fulfill yours, and that means singing your f....cking hearts and lungs out for the team, like we did whenever a team were beating us at home not just because we have gone 3 up! The crowd started the legend long before Istanbul. I could reel of game after game when the crowd reacted to adversity by singing louder than ever, 'cos that's the liverpool way.

So don't throw your dummy out and sulk silently if were losing you suck it up and get behind whoever is wearing the red shirt. So get over yourselves if you feel let down 'cos we haven't won 3 out of 3 and support your team, cos that's the liverpool way whether we win anything this season or not..............and if you can't do that then why are you taking up valuable space in the ground!!

Is that so? The way we are playing I can see us pissing away 2 more points against Bolton. We should and probably will win the game but I wouldnt be totally shocked if we don't.

You only have to look at the glee that the press and media are having at our expense to make you think let's get behind the team and develop a siege mentality. The media need a team / manager to be throwing mud at, it just so happens to be us at the moment.
