By the rules it should have been a goal as the handball wasn't deliberate. Though I have to say I would be livid if that was allowed to stand against us.

Exactly. Not even fucked off with that decision. Fucked off that we were shite and didn't do enough to win the game.

Regardless of referees, 2 points from these last 2 fixtures is dogshit.
we weren't great, but we scored.

are we not allowed to not play well and win 1-0? apparently not. it's fucking criminal officiating.

Could have been worse, but these games miss someone like a fit Sturride, Aldridge, Fowler, Rush and dare I say it, Owen.

Anyone blaming referees is barking up the wrong tree, the drop in performances over the last 2 games has been incredible and is down to the manager. Killed all momentum with that Everton result.

You're favourite things blaming managers.

I think with Can in our midfield WBA had 12 players. He slows the game down through midfield so much, my fucking grannie would have a chance of a sliding tackle.

Oh and the ref is a c*nt. Whatever happened to "Deliberate"

We didn't play well but the ref was horrible.

The goal should have counted.

They wasted a TON of time and the antics by their substitute on the side at the end were just awful. Childish.

But yeah, our performance was pretty bad too... Just wasteful.

We are such a frustrating team. We have two easy home games to consolidate our place in the top 4 and we fuck it up. One goal in the last two games. Seven draws from 17 games, this is not because of bad refeering, we're just not clinical or ruthless enough.

Nope, you will have shit games over a season, it happens, the Mancs were the same tonight by all accounts but they dont have refs disallowing perfectly fine goals or giving dodgy pens against them.

Just absolutely despicable officiating at the moment

If I was Jurgen I’d honestly risk whatever punishment and plough into the corrupt c*nts in his presser. It’s not easy to break down this anti football c*nts at the best of times, and then you get this and Sunday. Four points literally stolen by raw corruption.

If you cant put the ball in the back of the net, its our fault, no one elses. This is nothing to do with referees, we arent good enough as we say we are.

Whilst City are running away with it I would've taken our current position right now had it been offered at the start of the season,we're still right there in the running for runners up if you ask me.

Even their fucking substitutes are time wasting, after 80 minutes of time wasting already, and the ref adds 3 minutes. And the "hand ball".... The level of the refs in the PL is shocking. We were not very good, but we did enough to win this game, but for an absolute shit call by the ref. Never would he have called a penalty for that hand ball.

I hope Klopp speaks his mind again. That's 4 points in the space of a couple of days that refs have gifted two absolute shit teams playing absolute soul destroying football. Everyone loves the underdogs, right?! Fuck this.

I saw Klopp go up to the ref. Love to know what he said.

We really need to sign some creative midfielders. I'm so tired of seeing Wijnaldum out there doing the bare minimum for 90 mins. Same goes for Can, but in Can's case he's more of a defensive midfielder at least. Nor does he hide from the ball.

Exactly this. I really don't get all the focus on the ref when we didn't do enough to win that whatsoever. We should have battered a side like West Brom... but the result was probably fair.

Funny thing is we actually did. Ref just shit it when West Brom defenders got in his face.

Well that was shit.

I thought the draw against Everton was supposed to be Klopp's fault though according to the press, for resting part of his attack?

Well we had all of the Fab 4 on the field from the first minute and still couldn't break through.

How are they going to try to blame the boss tonight?
He played the full attack and we didn't concede.

I'm sure they'll find some shit to throw at him though.

One of the most frustrating things about us is the way you can call the result in games like this after 15mins. Players couldn't be arsed and the manager left it too late to make changes.

Second half was much better once Coutinho went central and Mane left, but by that time we've wasted a half.

What is it with Jurgen and shit subs - 75mins for Gini? He was just in the way.

Every time this team excites me they serve up something like that.

One of those days...again. Just not good enough today.

One thing I absolutely don't get...why the hell, in the year 2017, are shitty teams allowed to waste time and get rewarded with 3 fucking minutes of added time? Why, like in basically any other sports, is time not STOPPED as soon as the ball is out of play? It makes me crazy, not only watching us, but also watching other teams trying to play decent football, getting frustrated by time wasting bus parking shite like that.

For all the fair play campaigns and so on...the most unsportmanship issue has never been resolved, but could be done so easily.

Well...the less said about the ref the better. Just unlucky to get the goal disallowed, which perfectly fit's the evening's tune.
Thank you Stevie! It was a pleasure.

I thought the referee was okay for the early part of the game. Then he gave a bonkers decision against Can which really riled Can up to the point he gets booked for dissent. The ref must have found his new fetish in this moment - had a tingle in his peepee - because every single decision went to West Brom after that

If we're relying on the ref to beat West Brom at home we're in serious trouble, we created nothing all game and looked hopeless.  7 draws now, reality starting to set in 5th/6th is probably about right for us.
