What can you even say when one of your most dependable players decides to have a day where he repeatedly gives the ball straight to the opposition? We've actually contained them pretty well for the most part, but all our problems at the back have been self inflicted and we've been typically wasteful with the few opportunities we've had to score. The difference has been a striker who needs 1 chance to score versus a striker who needs several.

Absolutely hate this fixture with a passion, I'd happily not watch these cheats all season long but unfortunately we're forced to endure 180 minutes against them.

Shocking from Trent for the goal which is a shame because he actually did okay up until then. Was a tight game but ever since their goal they looked sharper, fitter and more committed than us. Look how quickly they all get back when we’re on the attack compared to us.

Both sides have played pretty well, but we've made more mistakes and they've been more clinical; that's ultimately the difference.

Think Jones has been an absolute passenger at best and needs hooking for Grav or Gakpo; another man who can beat their press would be useful.

Not bad, hasn’t been much in the game the difference between the two is Haaland. Also feel like this is a game where someone like Caicedo would have shone, City have a bit of trouble dealing with powerful runs through the midfield, as good as they are their midfield is a bit one paced.

Such a bad way to concede when we’ve played well and at the very least matched them. Our attacking has been disappointing with our slow and poor decision making. Still life in this one but it’s going to be tough.

I’m sure they put Bernardo Silva on the PEDs just before we play them. Every time.
