Very disappointed with the club regarding this. Rumours of inflated prices have been doing the rounds for weeks now. I suppose they've seen what's happened with Man Utd regarding Sevilla before doing anything about it. Not for the 1st time this season they've been caught out while them down the M62 have done something for their own fans. Now it's left to SOS to salvage something again.

They have said talks are ongoing but needed to get details out so there might yet be good news. Obv might not also....

The echo are reporting they won't subsidise ticket costs

I don't want the club to subsidise this because it just delays the issue. You need something that stops this being repeated, not something that means that every other club can sit there safe in the knowledge that if they decide to do this Liverpool will just give them their money anyway.

It is blatant piss taking. Next year we need to say non members tickets in Anfield Road are £1000 each in the Champions League. If any opponent tries to rip us off we leave the price as it is. But always open dialogue and then we can negotiate sensible reciprocal pricing with opponent

It is blatant piss taking. Next year we need to say non members tickets in Anfield Road are £1000 each in the Champions League. If any opponent tries to rip us off we leave the price as it is. But always open dialogue and then we can negotiate sensible reciprocal pricing with opponent

They had sold out of their one night packages a while back and about two weeks ago when I asked they had about 40 spaces on the day trip. They have a Facebook group you can ask mate.

If I’m buying a ticket on my qualifying fan card tomorrow, but applying in the name of my mate who’s actually travelling, I assume it’s me who picks the ticket up from Anfield and not my mate who’s details I have put in? Can someone confirm please? Thanks

this is a big problem, with the we will charge you extra scenario.

The way United have handled it does seem a pretty good way, then reimbursing their own traveling fans with the difference.

So Sevilla charge £90 for an away ticket. United fans pay it. Sevilla would normally charge £30. So United will look at their own ticket pricing and add the extra on top of the normal ticket price, to reimburse their own fans, when they sell tickets to Sevilla for the return fixture. So adding £60 on top. Sevilla fans pay it or don't go. Either way i can see Sevilla fans being pretty cheesed off, that they have had done to them what their own club did to United. Maybe that puts an end to it.

When people stop going because its too expensive, maybe that is when UEFA will listen.

Try holidaypirates.com flights they do hacker fares with multiple stops/airlines, if you have time for 7/8 hour journey then you could get a decent deal on flights. eg. they have a flight (from Stansted) with 2 stops over and one stop back, takes 8hrs out and 7 hrs back but it's only £123

I was in 10.16 and not even 1 single in those block which is always odd, there is always 1-2 singles spread out in the block, but everything was blank. But could be a paranoia as well.

For those having issues with the 'POST' option not coming up, just hit F5 and it will appear but be aware that it will only change the 1st ticket to POST so you have to do it twice and then it will change everyones.

I've been told that they'll all get sent even if it only changes the first one.

If not, it'll be a terrible shame when they have to build a new ticket office because the current one has been destroyed by fire.
