Got our 3 in the first sale last Tuesday and paid the special delivery.

Got an email yesterday from Royal Mail with the tracking number.

Just got a voicemail from the ticket office asking when I would be collecting my tickets!!

in 90 I was detached to the Falklands but the missus stayed in Laarbruch we left in 92

Havent even looked just yet, probably the irish bar that everyone bangs about. its always the irish bar isn't it

The Leeds pub in Platz von Leeds is cheap and cheerful and then make your way to the Alten Markt over the road, excellent pubs with beer gardens leading onto the square. Pretty sure that's where the majority of reds will head toward anyway

As far as dortmund is concerned, jed the red mentioned leeds pub, it's cheap but I wouldn't call it cheerful

. The irish pubs closed down. There's only one really, it's called the Church and is on the way from the town centre to the ground. Bit small and hidden away really. We sometimes drink at the 'Bergman kiosk' where you can sit outside, it has some good beer.http://harte-arbeit-ehrlicher-lohn.de/bezugsquellen/bergmann-kiosk/ There's a mad pub next door that sells guiness if you get cold.

The Alter Markt is pretty nice, Wenkers is good. The sign looks like Wankers. Which is funny every time.

Phoned the Ticket Office this morning. Managed to get through. Spoke to a helpful lad. Checked the spreadsheet for the tracking number but couldn't find mine which worried me a bit. Took my details and told me he'd call me back in a bit. Hate doing that but to his credit rang me back and sorted my tracking ID and tickets were out for delivery anyway and I've now got my ticket. I sincerely hope everyone else is now sorted.

I'm not going to have a go at anyone in the ticket office who answers the phone because it's not fair when it's very likely not their direct fault and they should not get it in the neck.

But fuck me. I'd love to have a constructive conversation with someone able to actually do something about it and offer some feedback. (Why is it a manual process for one?).

Anyone. Ticket Sorted. Fly Thursday.

I remember when I got mine she asked for my email so they could send me the info about the ground later on. Like that was ever going to happen!

Does it cost them the 6 quid it costs us to get them sent signed for next day delivery or they making on that as well though? I think it's more likely theyre just useless.
