Getting reports of a fire in Liverpool city centre at a shop on Church Street.

From my view by Sefton Park there seems to be a big fire just south of the city centre. Anyone know what's happening? There's smoke drifting right over the city centre.

That's weird.

Smoke still rising at the moment, but getting greyer in colour. I assume they've got water on it now.

I wonder if it's on the Wirral side? My view is partially blocked, so I can't quite see the source of the smoke.

Two 13 year old boys arrested for arson in relation to he fire at a disused warehouse in Birkenhead containing industrial waste. Day 1 of the school shutdown.
