A year ago to the day, Southampton got beat 9-0 by Leicester. Shows the value of sticking with a very good manager despite a shocking result.

They look like a better side this year, with a win they can go all the way up to 5th. They are definitely capable of scoring. Hopefully Everton balloon will be burst. Come on Ings lad, a hat trick would do it!

Berge is a player we should be looking at...

Not really. We have just sent a player as good as him out on loan to Porto ...

They are still pretty inconsistent, but they are improving. Signed some good players this summer. Should finish in the top half.

Just hope his right hand is still functioning after that assault last week. It would be a shame if he lost his fascinating ability to wave imaginary cards and not get a real one for doing it.

Redmond misses a good chance, Everton opened up

They really don't press and are quite passive which can lead to being vunerable to counter attacks

The mind boggles that anyone is even arsed about Everton any more than usual as it’s funny to watch them lose.

They’re no threat to us, they’re not ‘doing a Leicester’ and within a couple of months they’ll be around their usual position of 8th.

Yes last week was an absolute shitshow and yes Pickford is a c*nt, but let’s not give them anymore credit than they deserve.

The only result I was arsed about this weekend other than our own was the City one. The shite are inconsequential save for my amusement when it goes tits up, which it will, whether that happens today, next week or next month.

That being the case, they’ve been like that for fucking years, like the Origi injury.

Everton want us to be arsed about them, which I am because of the rivalry but not to the point I’m going to let them affect my mood anymore than twice a season.

If they want to be bitterness and consumed with jealousy and hatred to the point that they’re celebrating a player being injured then let them but I’m not being brought down to that pathetic level.
