Unless he sorts his temper out, he will never be a top player. Surprised his head hasn't fell off this season so far, the amount of red cards he picks up for being a tit is ridiculous.

Sergio Ramos has about 2 and a half dozen red cards in his career but most people would say he's had a good career. Morelos does appear to be very volatile but he is still quite young and it's not unheard of for South Americans to be that way. Think of Suarez and Diego Costa in recent history.

Not denying he is a talent, because he's a good striker.  Suarez and Costa are snide pricks who try to hide their windups, Morelos is just a thick tit.

and so far this season, going on the stats, he doesn't seem to be picking up reds and bookings the same pace as last year (yet!).
Surely he'll make a move from the scottish prem soon.

This Porto side is the weakest in several years. They are in a big finantial crisis.
Congratulations to Rangers though, it will be a nice achievment to get to the next round.

See a Celtic shuttle bus from the stadium broke down last night and was attacked in Rome. I’ve read that 3 fans were stabbed overall not all in this incident I don't think.
How many more times does this need to happen in Italy before something other than a small fine or the odd game behind closed doors happens.

think 15th would give them 2 champions league spots, which would make them 1 off.

https://kassiesa.net/uefa/data/method5/crank2020.html

Apoel Nicosia are still in with a chance of qualifying from Europa League group A but it's basically them against 2 teams from Scotland (each win adds a half point) so the next time both Scottish clubs win they should overtake.

The danger could come from below with Greece, Croatia and Serbia all within a point while Switzerland are a further point behind. Not sure how their clubs are doing now.

In other news Liverpool are currently 8th in the provisional Club Rankings even though they have only scored ranking points in 4 of the 5 seasons used in the calculations (over the last 3 seasons we are actually top - https://kassiesa.net/uefa/data/method5/trank2022.html)

It just goes to show how harmful a season out of Europe altogether is, given that we’ve been finalists in each of the other three yet are only 8th.  Fans always say stuff like they’d rather fuck it off, when it looks like their side is going to finish outside the top four, but it actually matters.

A 'good' season is about 20-23 points so that would have taken us to joint second or fifth. I would have loved to have qualified for the  CL by winning the Europa but in hindsight it might just have been a bit early in the Klopp development plan - I prefer to marvel at how well we're doing with one arm behind our back.

Fivethirtyeight not impressed with that United showing - they were second favourites before the game, now down to fourth despite nothing else changing.

Quite fancy us for the CL/EL double this season now actually.

I think Rangers are through with these scores.
