Had tried to upload a screenshot I took of it but failed miserably.

The fact that someone going by Stelfc96 has the gall to do it is unreal - and which prick is buying fake fucking tickets? All it will do is potentially stop someone with a real one getting in and inevitably end up with the club getting tarnished due to issues at the entry to the stadium.

At the risk of sounding like a massive tory, they'll want to have decent ticket checks at the stadium on Saturday because it could be a free for all like at the FA Cup Final with the amount of blags going about

I’ve seen both real and the photos of fake ones and I can’t tell the difference at all, unless there’s some light shining thing that can identify the real ones I’m stumped how they are going to know??

It will be the QR code - presumably it has been copied from a real ticket and so the first person to get there will get in but everyone after it will be screwed.

Im staying at CDG so Zone 5, cheapest I have seen is 17euros for Mobilis 1-5 day ticket. Got two kids with me, cheapest I have seen for them is Navigo Easy Pass for 2 euros with a Youth Weekend ticket for 9 euros added. Was a lot easier the other weekend walking over the road from the Premier Inn at Wembley Park

I think it's just recency bias, Madrid was equally like this - if anything by now there was more stories of people being scammed for Madrid as well. touts for Madrid were also selling for more too, prices have been stagnant/fallen for this.

the first check will be an invisible pen test. most of these blags won't have invisible ink although the £100-ish ones say they do. whether it's the right ink or whatever is unclear. obviously they'll not scan in the turnstiles though.

just worth everyone with legit tickets getting there as early as possible if you can just to avoid the rush.

If it is the Navigo Weekly ticket you have seen for 22.80 zones 1-5, they run from Monday to Sunday, and the last day they can be purchased for this week (ie Final weekend) is the Thursday.

A Navigo Week Pass is valid from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59.

You can buy Navigo cards / passes for the current week up until Thursday, midnight. Next week’s Navigo card is on sale from Friday morning onwards. (In the past, the Navigo weekly train pass for the current week stopped selling at Wednesday midnight, but this has been moved to Thursday midnight.)

Note that you cannot choose the start & end date of your weekly Navigo pass; it is strictly Monday morning to Sunday midnight, regardless of what day of the week you buy the pass

Echo your advice - worst I can think of was Athens in 07 where the stadium was woefully unsuited to hosting which combined with the fake tickets and other issues ended up with the police getting involved and fans getting tear gassed. I remember people coming flooding in about 10 to 20 mins in to the game having been gassed and it as shocking.

You also need to buy the card ( 5 euros I think ) and provide a passport size photo which is affixed to the card .

This Is Anfield understands that the fan zone will be located in the southeast of Paris, on Cours de Vincennes.

This appears to be a larger area than the square in Madrid, with the street itself being closed off. There will be large screens, food outlets and entertainment from the BOSS night lads.

Does the club not have a team of employees from the ticket office to police the reselling of tickets on resale sites like ebay. There are literally loads on sale on ebay claiming to have paper tickets. Asking for £1,500 for a cat 4 ticket. Should not be allowed

I think both, i could see the visa and mastercard logo on the barrier but i had a ticket from the machine which i paid with my Barclaycard contactless via apple pay

no way that's even a legit listing. he's hidden his membership number but is showing his full name. either he's really stupid or he's just put a random name there, to go with his nearly new eBay account.

ultimately there's so much touting going on it probably means they'd need reliance on people reporting touts anyway. a lot of it is hidden away on whatsapp groups or via third parties too.

What didn't help in Athens was when you arrived they were handing out info leaflets which had the same background as the tickets. When you got to the outer perimeter people were just holding up the leaflet and being let through
