Mane though looks the one most determined to bring the title back to Anfield, he's playing out of his skin and his winning mentality is obvious.

There's no better dribbler with the ball at full pace in the league and I include Sterling.

This has really struck me too over the last few months. He is giving it his all, it's fantastic to see him getting the recognition he deserves.

There was the one to that ABBA tune but not keen on that one as I'm pretty sure City used it before us.

Chants are weird, you can't really force them to catch on. It's just rare for us to have such a prolific scorer and him not have a song being belted out.

For sure - usually takes the traveling Kop to embrace a song for it to really stick. Would be great for him to get one as catchy as Bobby's.

I'm pretty gutted that he missed those, his performance yesterday was genuinely one of the best I've seen for us, scoring a hat trick would have just made it perfect.

His assist for Shaqiri in particular was genius, my goal of the season so far.

I was watching the Derby and my girlfriend comes in and the camera cuts to Mané looking boss walking away from winning a throw in and my girlfriends never seen him before and immediately said “look at the attitude on him!”. That says it all to me about Mané, the man is giving no fucks at the minute.

While some of us were moaning about Van Dijk not winning the Balon D'Or, there were a lot of African football fans similarly displeased Mane couldn't even crack the top 3. They're not wrong. Best player right now.

Man...this guy is just the ultimate forward. He is just fucking unreal. He is almost impossible to barge off the ball. I've said this before, Mane's such a nice and humble guy, but he is just so aggressive in his forward play. If he's going at you, he's going at you. His first touch and control used to be quite iffy the last couple of seasons, but he's so consistent right now. His passing and vision is underrated too imo. I have never seen a liverpool player with this level of mentality before. Even Suarez. With Suarez, it was like "I will win at all costs.". With Mane, its simply "I will win." He's fucking ace, and he is the best player on the planet right now.
