40' Skrtel is coming off it seems, he is walking away quite gingerly. Looks like Origi is coming on for the defender.

Agree mate, the fumble that lead to the first goal has definitely shaken him. He catches it, his confidence grows and we probably don't see the other errors.

42' Oomph, Bogdan saves one here, a flick in the box, and he had to adjust to keep that out. Watford again, Lucas is the CB here.

43' Coutinho off side, and Can is the DM here. A couple of poor clearances but we get it away as the referee blows for a foul.

Decent passing, Moreno is ahead, gives it Coutinho who gives it to Henderson who is now offside.

I'd have thought Benteke would have been a better shout to get amongst the Watford defenders. Looks like we're set on trying to play our way back into the game.

45' Watford look threatening again as they come forward, winning another corner.

Sakho heads it away, forward now, Coutinho has support, he loops one towards the captain, he couldn't get a touch and Origi is on it. The move comes of nothing and now Watford are away, audacious attempt to put the striker behind the defenders but Bogdan comes to the edge of the box and gathers it.

46 - More positive! Moreno clips it in, Origi flicks on but Lallana's shot blocked and Coutinho can't hook it in.

48 - Long punt, great strength by Origi to hold off his man but his scuffed shot straight at the keeper.

We're looking a lot better.

49 - Origi has made a big difference, running channels and looking strong. We're being very direct too, aiming long balls up towards him.

Foul by Lallana as Nyom hurls himself to the floor with a half pike and triple twist.

Bogdan claims over the top of Ighalo, much better.

54 - We're targeting the Watford left hand side at the moment, looks promising. Lack of a clinical final ball - although when Coutinho played a beauty in an errant offside decision cost us.

56 - Watford's front two still cause us problems. Can's strength and a clever backheel to Sakho help to clear.

Then we're exposed down the right, but Nyom's cross is chest out for a corner by a recovering Henderson.

66' Gomes does well to deny Henderson.
Ball found its way to him 10 yards out and he played a cute half volley that Gomez tips over.
Corner is played out to the edge of the area where Lucas does what we always do.
Chips it meekly into the keepers hands.
Different corner, different player, same outcome.

Really, really good challenge by Lucas.

We've done a lot better this half but still look very vulnerable, and still have nothing to show for it.

When do we see Benteke?
