"The key isn't the system itself, but how the players adapt on the pitch. It doesn't matter if it's 4-3-3 or 4-4-2, it's the role of the players that counts." Rafa Benitez
They're Stoke. They throw sticks at aeroplanes there
The courts, the rich, the powerful or those in authority never lie. It has been dealt with 'by the courts' nothing to see here run along.
Don't forget we have 7 new players who've been together less than a year so it should only do them good, and it's great for the young lads to have that Wembley (big game) experience in their locker
Crosby Nick never fails.
moorish!!!!
This season was always going to be one that we developed in. I didn't expect us to win a trophy as I didn't really think we were in a position to.We've won one and I'd expect that to push the rest of the season onwards and upwards.Comparing us to Birmingham is like comparing apples to oranges really. They are a smaller club and losing that lad through injury (him who was linked to us who went to Blackburn - can't recall his name - centre half) had an effect. Their defence was a big part of their game. They obviously thought they had nothing to play for after February and got dragged down into it having took their eye off the ball. I also remember Norwich being in the top 3 about 15-20 years ago and then winning something stupid like 2 games after Christmas and getting relegated - so yes, it can happen. But we have much to play for. We can win the FA Cup and we can finish top four so I'm not overlyHappy we've won it and confident we'll push on
I think if we had comprehensively won it today it might have been a bigger propellant for the rest of the season.
