Anybody know what happens if the tickets aren't downloaded by the end of today?
I'm in a real dilemma and I think our tickets have gone.
I wouldn't worry. I have an email from them from last Wednesday that states:
Thank you for contacting Liverpool Football Club. I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
We are aware of this error, this is due to you having a seat move.
Please do not worry we have been advised your pass will be available to download by next week.
If you have any further queries please do no hesitate to contact us.
Of course, they don't specify when 'next week'. But they won't be taking your seat off you.
