Yes, but i doubt you'll have any money left over once we start. Depends on the gw economy and how much you make a season before you can dabble again

When you sign a player they get transfer banned for a while, so they don't move too often & to deter cheating and whatnot. When the transfer ban expires you're free to buy/sell/trade the player again.

We're at 45 currently in the other world but cutting that to 40 which is quite good actually. I would imagine it's easier to start with 35 rather than try and cut it at a later date.
