I'm bored of looking at this spreadsheet.

Aluminium Electrolytic capacitors generally have large capacitance values especially at low voltages and are often used in power supply smoothing circuits.

hey, lets not compete but just read this

There is increasing evidence that the biological activities of
Heparan Sulfate and its close structural relative heparin and its derivatives,
which are usually mediated through interactions with proteins,
depend on the substitution pattern of O-, N-sulfates, N-acetyl

where? doing what?

In Monash Uni (Melbourne). Investigating novel protein-glycosaminoglycan interactions using a high-throughput microarray-based approach.

Are you in Liverpool Uni? Do you know a fella called Rob Beynon?

No im doing more of the physical side of things, using a physical technique to look at different Heparans and all that

So dealing with a few on the biological side, but not with the fella you mentioned, spending a lot of time reading up on it at the minute as its new to me. Got any decent papers let me know

I'll mail you a pretty good paper (when I get back into work tomorrow), looking at the binding of various defined heparan sulfates (fully sulfated, 2-O desulfated, 6-O desulfated, double desulfated and N-acetylated), and the effect it has on binding to various FGFs (fibroblast growth factors).

By physical side of it do you mean synthesising and characterising the various heparans? Is that using mass spec or some other technique?
