betraying the fact that a lot of their audience is in the uk then. because I doubt the viewing figures for what will be some old foreign royal's funeral will be very high overseas.

Probably betraying the amount of money that the sky group as a whole pays for their F1 coverage, even if the majority wouldn't give a shit about his funeral.

I think you're probably onto something there.

Air temperatures will barely make double figures in Italy.

Not sure who that will benefit, but it’s got to have an impact.

Not sure if it's been posted, but the layout for Albert Park has changed for November and future races.

Many corners are being adjusted, with the major ones being the the 9/10 chicane and turn 13 becoming tighter to increase overtaking.

As someone that has been to almost every GP there in the past 10 years, it's a welcome move. The race has been a snore fest for a long time and needs something done to spice it up, otherwise it will be dumped as the opening race for Bahrain.

I did see that. they'll have to add an extra lap or 2 I presume because that'll reduce the lap time by quite a lot.

Mazapin bins it again...  he’s spun twice at the entrance to the pit lane this session alone...

Poor work.

funny that. had to sit there facing the wrong way while everyone else drove past him into the pits.

each tutting their disapproval no doubt.

decent comparison. I like it.

Not based on time I don't think?

it was obviously just an estimate but ricciardo was (I think) saying it could be about 5 seconds quicker per lap. can't remember off the top of my head how many laps they run but I could see them adding one if it's that much faster

Why Ocon is crawling along the apex of a fast corner I have no idea.
