Like Suarez and like Sanchez...

They do so well in our mad league...

I wonder if any of the streets he played on had parked buses on them.

Nice read.

Good to see he's close with Mane so that should help the transition to a new club and city.

Cannot wait to see him playing next season.

Could be our best African central midfielder since the great Salif Diao. Sky's the limit.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

Can't be more excited than to see him wear red and play for us!

The part in the interview where the balls sticks to his foot, it really does. Whenever the opponent tries to take the ball away, he calmly gets himself and the ball from them and gets going like nothing happened.

Vote for Naby:

But what if I want to vote for Sadio? Or Mo? It's kinda hard, this AFOTY decision, if you're a red.

A sound choice, sir. I went Sadio, just 'cos he's been with us the longest and was fantastic last season, and pretty great this season, when fit. If I was going on this season though, it would be Salah all the way. If he stays fit and keeps this form up he'll have a shot at being the league's best player. Terrifying how quickly he's started, and long may it continue.

I have voted for Sadio this year (one full season), Mo Salah for next year (one full season) and Naby for the year after (one full season).

Lets all go for Sadio!

I voted Salah, but only because he had the best chance to win out of the three.
Else, I would have voted for Sadio. He was electrifying all of last season, and only injuries, suspension, and AFCON, somehow made his full season effort go under the radar.

anyone know why he got subbed off early today? Bad loss for RBL after going a man up with a lot of time to play and losing with that man advantage.

seems like a silly move to bring on Augustain (sp?) - while holding a man advantage - for Keith.....I hate to say - I think his head is already in Liverpool.

I only saw some parts of the game, as of course it was clashing somewhat with LFC (half hour earlier kickoff), so I had it on in the background, so didn't hear / see what happened at the point of subsitution. But they where 2-1 up at the time, and with a man advantage, maybe Hasenhüttl had one eye on their CL game midweek.

Naby did take two tough challenges that I saw in the game including having studs raked down his achillies. He's really a bit of a target this season, in both games vs Bayern recently he had some really rough challenges on him that went unpinished. So maybe there was a little knock too today, but that's just me speculating.

It was a draw rather than a loss, and of what I did see of it, well deserved point for Leverkusen playing with a man down, they have a couple cracking players too, talented team who are on the rise again this season, as they should be.

yes - I think this theme has been established as well - I swear if he can walk away from this season without a serious injury we will be fortunate. he's 100% being targeted.
