Isn't Milan just bought by the Chinese rich last summer?

They did. They spent 200 million quid in the summer in the transfer window.

Montella is linked with Sevilla in the papers. I liked his Fiorentina team, and his Milan side was also good in hindsight (especially last season).

Milan beat Inter 1-0 in extra time in the Italian Cup and now into the semi's, they will face Lazio to make it to the finals. Best result of Gattuso thus far.

The Chinese owner doesn't actually have any money, he had to borrower it all from a pretty hardcore American hedge fund who will tear AC Milan down if they get a hold of it.  Not sure how Serie A actually agreed to this but considering who the previous owner was it's not surprising.

Napoli up 1-0 at Crotone but struggling to score. The way Inter has played recently, looks like the title will be between Napoli and Juventus.

The potential beauty of VAR technology on show today. During the Inter - Lazio game (in progress as I type), the referee initially game the away team a penalty for handball by Skriniar, which absolutely was not deliberate. Following Inter's furious reaction, referee decided to go have a look at the monitor, and decided that he was indeed wrong to award a penalty as the ball had bounced off Skriniar's thigh onto his arm.

Hope the FA are paying attention...

1st half hat trick for Immobile.

Now tops the league with 19.

He's been boss.

Lucas and Alberto doing well.
It's true to say that if Shankly had told us to invade Poland we'd be queuing up 10 deep all the way from Anfield to the Pier Head.

Luis Alberto opened the scoring in the absolutely mad Lazio match (currently 5-2) with a peach of a goal. He's really blossomed in Italy.

Ciro Immobile establishing himself as the best striker in Italy right now. 19 in 19 for him.
Mark my words. Top 8 will be a massive struggle.
We won't make any big signings this season and we will go back to being a top4 club.

Some crazy results such as Rome losing at home vs Atalanta (although they are a quality team and made the Italian Cup semi's too), Benevento winning again.

Thought Juve would win easily but Cagliari defending really well thus far.

Immobile with his 4th. What went wrong for him in Dortmund anyways?

The style of the football didn't really suit him. And he made no effort to fit in at Dortmund either, and he said he found German people cold and unhelpful! But the bosses at Dortmund where not so happy with his effort to integrate either so they got rid asap. Same thing happened in Seville apparently, where he just didn't make the effort either.

I guess he's just a homebody :)

To make matters worse, he took SES and brought in Jesus who is also another shit player.
