Wow, what the hell was that in the pit lane?  What a fuck up.

Any teams who had people in the pit Lane there should be fined and docked points. That was super dangerous. So stupid and unnecessary.

Calm down, it was not that dangerous.

Go stand in a road with a car driving 60km/h towards you then if you think it isn’t dangerous.

I agree with the policy of having a game of pit lane skittles when a race is as boring as that one.

He's said Perez just needs to win on a "normal" track now.

Newey has signed a new contract with RBR apparently. Bad news for the rest. I suggested to a mate on Sunday that the other 9 teams could club together to buy him his own America's Cup team.

The rules haven't worked out well at all. The drivers saying it's hard to follow and pass again. The only solution to this is make the cars much smaller. That's when we've had good racing. They are far too big and fast.

they seemed fine last year but that's development for you I guess.

though I've no idea why they didn't considerably shrink the size of the cars when they had the opportunity to. I'm not sure if it would make much difference because if you can't get close then you can't get close regardless of the size of the car but they're just too big anyway.

Smaller cars produce less downforce. A lot of drivers have complained about the size of the cars. Smaller lighter cars would absolutely help.

Not sure how much reduction is possible with hybrid engines.

Yeah the size and weight issue is the gopping great powertrain with its multiple components and the need for massive impact protection around the survival cell.

I don't believe he should be allowed to be in the same team for more than three seasons running. What happened to that dream he had to do the America's Cup, it seemed to suddenly die that particular dream.

What the FIA needs to do is treat him like they do Wind Tunnel time. The team that wins the constructors gets the least time with Adrian Newey :P

Or instead of reverse qualifying have reverse engineers. Adrien Newey spends a season at Haas :P

In all honesty though. Everyone else might as well pack it up. Red bull will soon have their own power units and an aero genius able to get the most out of it. There is no nuance to what they are doing. This isn't burning motor oil or flexing floors or other grey area exploitation like a double diffuser. This is physics and aerodynamics at its peak.

It's going to be so fucking boring but you have to respect it

Comfortable in the end. Aston Martin struggling badly though, one out and the other behind both Mercs.
