This title race is over. Would take a pretty epic Leverkusen meltdown to not win it from here. 13 point gap between them now with 21 points left to play for.
they could probably lose them all and Munich still wouldn't catch them
However if something serious happens to them I will eat my own cock.

Since Klopp's arrival at Liverpool, Bayern have sacked 6 managers (Tuchel not included).

Goal Leverkusen
A precise cut back on the goal line from Patrik Schick finds Jeremie Frimpong (Bayer Leverkusen) right in front of goal, and he easily buries the ball in the roof of the net. 1:0.

Leverkusen haven't a trophy since 1993 (never won the league), and now they're in the position to win at least two (DFB and the league). Are Kaiserslautern any good?

We’d better make sure it’s ONLY two. Can’t have these upstarts spoiling Klopp’s leaving party, even if their manager is a dashed handsome cove.

What Alonso has done is fucking nuts to be honest. Providing they don't have one of the maddest collapses ever in the league and then surely beating a side who could slip into the third tier of German football they'll win as many trophies in a season as they have in the history of the club. Also one of the favoured clubs to win the Europa League too which would possibly mean more trophies in one season than an entire history thus far, mental.

Still think it's a shame he's probably off to Madrid after Germany but I can still see him managing us one day.

Yeah, Leverkusen were always runners up, i remember them losing to Real in the champions league final to a Zidane wonder goal, finished 2nd in Bundesliga, [point behind champions Dortmund], & lost in the DFB Pokal final to Schalke, all in the same season [& in the space of a few weeks too], they became known as Loserkusen because of it.

It was Neverkusen.

Or Vizekusen in German (meaning ‘Secondkusen’).

But yes, finally Leverkusen will be able to shed that tag.

Looks like they really will go undefeated all year domestically. If we're to get them in the Europa League final I hope they stay unbeaten in all competitions, either we end it, or if we don't ... fair fucks.

Interesting to see Bayern have Gnabry back, could help them out against Arsenal, big player for them and missed him a lot this season. Openda is on fire for Leipzig and they could really command anything for him, I feel a lot of bigger clubs were missing a trick not signing him. Van Den Berg playing in a back three for Mainz too, interesting ...

Will Kane break the scoring record I wonder? If you were told he'd score 40 you'd just think Bayern had pissed it by about 15/20 points. The fact that it's them who'll end up runners up by a similar total is just baffling, he must actually think he's cursed.

A 'what if' match never actually happening would be interesting. For me it'd be like Ajax in 2019. I think if we'd have played them in the final they wouldn't have been able to cope as Tottenham did, making it a tight game with minimal chances. They could hurt us but I feel if we were on our game we could brush them aside fairly comfortably.

Either of the four sides on their side of the draw could reach the final. Sort of goes without saying I suppose  ;D Fair fucks to Moyesy if he puts them out.

In hindsight, Spurs were a better opponent because Ajax, just like Brighton, matched well against us with their ability to play out from the back. It was very hot as well which would have limited how much we could press.

They were playing so well that they smashed Real Madrid 4-1 at the Bernabeu. I just want the easiest games possible and that's Leverkusen out. Unfortunately, Qarabag bottled a 2-goal lead twice.

Mark my words. Top 8 will be a massive struggle.
We won't make any big signings this season and we will go back to being a top4 club.
