Jumping the gun a bit but how many did we get for the 2012 Semi V Everton? Seem to recall over 30,000 then that plummets for the final.

Just short of 32000 for a semi and around 25000 for the final in 2012.

We got an allocation of 31,997 for the FA Cup semi-final against Aston Villa in 2015. If we get there, let’s see how close to that figure is.

Can anyone address to the club as part of our fan base why the club is allocating so many tickets in house too.

5610 hospitality/PRH
2640 players and officials
330 sponsors

These numbers were beyond a joke for the league cup

I believe they have increased the final allocation since then, more near the 30k mark now

any idea which day over the weekend the 1/4 final is likely going to be ? Not the Friday I assume as we play midweek Wednesday?

it should be 33k and 28k, but last time the FA returned 2k per match extra to each team, leaving 35k and 30k

Sat or Sun.
Only one that is definite is Palace v Everton will be Sunday - Ev play Thursday before.

Us, Chelsea, Huddersfield, Forest play the Weds before, so won't be Friday.

City got over 35000 in the last pre pandemic semi

https://amp.mancity.com/news/tickets-and-travel/tickets-and-travel/2019/march/man-city-brighton-fa-cup-semi-final-tickets-general-sale-wembley

Posted this earlier in the thread, but it seems more tickets have been made available for both the semi's & final pre-covid

Both teams, City & Watford were given extra tickets for the last unaffected final in 2019. Don't know where they came from but put their allocations up to over 31k.

Arsenal got 4,516 for Forest this season.

We had the full end at Huddersfield for pre-season didn't we not long ago? Can't find the details for it

yeah they mentioned Monday on the draw but its not possible at all, the only EPL games scheduled are Friday night, 12;30 on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday. 5:30/7:45 and 12/4/
:30/6:30 Sunday are probably gonna be the 5 kick off times for the cup

have chelsea, wolves, west ham and bolton on 2 cards but only 1 of them is an active membership, does anyone know whether the other card will qualify for forest/huddersfield?

I'd think you'd have to buy a membership on the other card that qualifies and youll be sound, almost certain it won't let you buy without a membership

cheers lads, think i'll bite the bullet and get the light membership for a tenner. i was actually in the same boat for chelsea in 2020 and got a ticket on the un-active card, not sure if it was a glitch on their end but probably best not to take the chance again.

Regardless of which 1 or the 2 we get, I reckon it will be based on the last 3 FA Cup aways only -

5466 - Chelsea
1684 - Shrewsbury
4774 - Wolves

3/3 - guaranteed 1st sale
2/3 - non guaranteed 2nd sale

Reasoning is that they normally go back as far as they need in order to find the guaranteed sale, which in this case is Shrewsbury. No need for them to go further back that that.

Obviously the above could be completely wrong though!
My thinking is along the same lines as this for either game.  Looks like the 2/3 sales would be:
Forest about 91% would get sorted (based on 4.5k)
Huddersfield about 62% would get sorted (based on 3.6k)

This is always assuming the club don't do something unexpected (which is common)!!

Yep! Will be a weird one and a lot of factors,  could it be a Monday, perhaps, covid, credits not counting to the following season vs credit to avoid potential ballots! Think if you're in early doors for either sale you'll be safe with these 3

Spurs West Ham is 4:30 on the Sunday now, you'd think they'd avoid putting FA Cup at the same time, leaves 12pm or 6:30 onwards on Sunday

Yep, the worst possible day/time. We’ve booked hotels for both on free cancellation although it’s looking like Forest atm.
Quote from: Harvest Fields
i watched the chelsea game at my sisters. her 12 year old son is severly autistic and i forgot myself and jumped up screaming at the goal and he went nuts. screaming and shouting. scared the fuck out of me. apologised to my sister as i thought id upset him, turns out he was joining in.

Forest it is then! Bigger allocation so more chance of a ticket for those of us with Chelsea. I'd imagine selling details will be out tomorrow or Wednesday with the game less than 2 weeks away

Arsenal "received an allocation of 4,516 tickets for this fixture.

The tickets will be located in Blocks W1, W2, X1, X2, Y1, Y1, Z1, Z2 ,  which are located in the lower tier "

So i imagine ours will be the same. I've not been there before. I assume coaches park just outside? Jumping the gun but as we should get tkts soon. Thanks

Hopefully me and the wife will be ok for this Forest game. We’ve both got the aways in the Cup at Chelsea, Exeter, Plymouth, Wolves, Shrewsbury, West Ham, Bolton, Bournemouth and Blackburn Rovers. Last FA Cup tie I couldn’t get a ticket for was Wimbledon away.

Be fine on that...

Id guess at needing 4 of 4 from Wolves, Shrewsbury, Chelsea, West Ham to be guaranteed

Probs sell out on 2 of the 4 IMO

Plymouth is more recent than West Ham, but dont think either will be used.

Think what ABJ posted is correct.

Sunday night has done me over. I waited years to get on the away ladder for this. I got West Ham, Wolves and Chelsea which were all midweek games I had to miss due to work. Even if I get this I’ll be missing out due to weekend shifts being the norm in my new job. We get over a week off every month though so can’t even book it off really without all sorts of hassle which isn’t worth it with being new. Nightmare.
