Airport
Naples’s International Airport Capodichino
is around 7 km from the city centre. A
special bus of the local transport company
Anm, called Alibus, gets you into the city.
Taxis cost around €20.
this info from Easyjet guide -not sure how current taxi fare is but bus preferred option for us
Capodichino is really near to the center of the city.
The best thing is taking the Alibus, this will bring you in piazza Garibaldi or in piazza Municipio, it depends where's your hotel.
I think you can buy the tickets at the "Tabacchi" shop outside the arrivals.
I think the ticket is 3 euro.
Taxis are not so honests with tourists in 99% of the cases.
To reach the stadium you can take public transports, especially the "underground", the direction is "Pozzuoli", the stop is "Campi Flegrei", but in the matchday this will be evident.
Public transport day ticket is about 3 euros.. something less in the weekend.. If you want to travel outside Napoli , to reach for example Pompei or Sorrento with the "circumvesuviana" train...the day ticket would cost about 4-5 euro
Be there very in advance if you go by car, bus,etc... the traffic it's enormous at the home match.
Also the underground can be very busy. The journey from the centre is about 20 minutes.
If you heard that the "atmosphere" is not good and you don't search trouble as i already normally you will have not them.. but if you think you are not safe is better don't drinking in te stadium area and maybe taking a taxi.
Here the selling of tickets for this game is been a bit mad.. some persons waited the opening of tickets office since very early in the morning..some ticket office also decided not selling tickets for public order. Think now it's all soldout
Have a nice trip and enjoy your staying;)
