The best ending to any track is buzzcocks - Ever Fallen in Love...
no,anything by any boy band is surely the best ending of any tune.

So many to choose from – but one of my favourites is:

“At this moment … you should be with us ….”

Perry Farrell in Three Days by Janes Addiction.
Bill Shankly to a Liverpool fan:
"Where are you from?"
"I'm a Liverpool fan from London."
"Well laddie . . . . What's it like to be in heaven?"

That's Entertainment - Paul Weller.  Two chords on an acoustic but it always pulls you in.

I listened to Santana - Abraxas this morning and that has got to be one of the best intros to an abulm ever. I think the song is called Crying Wind, Singing Beasts  and it goes into Black Magic Woman !

This is opening up the 'great rock intro' theme.

In the 70s, Mott the Hoople used to take to the stage to the music of Gustav Holsts Planets Suite (Jupiter). You might know it better as the hymn, 'I vow to thee my country'.

When the house lights dimmed and this started playing, the hairs on the back of your neck stood to attention. Then it was faded out and the band just crashed in with their first number.

I saw a few bands who similarly had their own signature music for that grand entrance but none seemed to hit the spot quite so well.
