Going the opposite direction - what about great outros?

Bit of a rogue shout but one of my favourites is a Limp Bizkit track called Douchebag which has possibly the most Bizkit at their worst chorus but then magically finishes with an out of nowhere jazz style bit (about 3 mins 20 into it)

Haha it isn't just me that thinks of Lucozade whenever I hear that tune. If I knew how to embed YouTube videos I'd embed this, there's a phenomenal (and extremely fast) live version of this here at 44:54 > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSyPft3H4Os 

I like to think I'm pretty handy on a guitar, and even a bass, but this is just next level from Steve Harris. Totally untouchable at this speed.

It's probably my favourite JJ Cale cover but I don't think any of his songs were ever bettered. Certainly none by Clapton were anyway, always thought his covers of Cale's were crap.
