Who's gonna win ?

erm no  idea ...do not follow at all ..just looking at the coupon for it,,,some weird bets on their,,,punts and sacks,,,,

3/4 packers                          £40  returns  £70
7/5 steelers.                      £40  returns   £96

so win £16 or lose £10

hows that sound?

I'm sweating on Mark Williams massively here tonight.

He's blown at least two frames that were at his mercy when in the latter stages of the frame and amongst colours and I've got a horrible feeling he's going to blow this.

I can't do a fucking thing about it either.

I've said a prayer.
If you're reading this signature as a result of reading a post of mine in 'The Bets Thread', then please ignore the aforementioned post as I'm likely to be spouting bollocks and if you follow me, you'll lose money. Thank You.

Irish raider Blackriver Boy hasnt run for 1278 days but has been backed in from 14s to as low as 6s this morn..Couldnt pick it on form even if the horse itself said he was going to win..
Trainer also runs Hide the evidence whos seemingly been well backed too..12s into as low as 5s

Huge after timing but I had Mark Wilson and Gary Woodland last week in the Phoenix Open golf.

The main reason for posting is to draw your attention to Gary Woodland.  Young lad in his 3rd PGA season and already has 2 top 10's and 2 top 25's in his 4 starts this year. Playing the best golf of his career and averages 3 ton off the tee.  If it wasn't for blowing a glorious eagle chance on 17 he could have won it last week!

This week is the AT&T over 3 courses and bit hitters can score heavily on the reachable par 5's.  I reckon this Woodland guy is a great talent and while the bookies continue to offer 100+ then i'll take it.  Best 125-1 with Tote and similar on BF.

Also done Keegan Bradley and a few quid EW on Rookie Joseph Bramlett who may go well on his home course at a HUGE price.

That's my point on Gary Woodland Phil, he seems like a Johnson type player. Big hitters tourney this one.

Cant' understand why Bubba isn't playing this after winning the other week.  He would have tore this course a new one if he played.

Got a nice 38-1 on Jiminez for the Desert Classic in Dubai.  Likes this event does Miguel and playing well at the moment.

Also done the whizz kid Manessero. Small EW hits on old favourites David Lynne, Todd Hamilton and an in form Rafa Bello.

All they have to do now is overcome Tiger Woods, Martin Kaymer, Rory Mcilroy and Lee Westwood.

The 17/2 on Lefty this weeks looks huge to me. Loves this event.
So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

Bit early to be talking horses for the weekend but I'm on the walkon train 8-1 to get there, so close to winning it's reappearance few weeks back after a long ish break, as long as it avoids second race bounce it's got a great chance choc has even gone for him over salden licht which is a quality horse might stock a tenner on it tomorrow at 8's no way it will be that big Saturday dinner time

Solix is 12/1 on Betfair though and betfair controls everything.

Walkon is 9.2. Salden Licht is 10.5 and I can't see the apparent stable second string usurping him as favourite which means you're going to need Get Me Out of Here or Final Approach are gonna have to be gambled on.

It should be odds on.

He is but generally 7 to 8..Dont use betfair myself. That is why i said earlier that Id expect his price to be bigger(walkon)on sat morning.

Betfair controls the ring, which controls the SP. I'm really, struggling to see how something is backed enough to usurp Walkon. I think Walkon could go off shorter anyway.

Btw Pete, blinder of a shout on Gary Woodland. He's flying!

choc has even gone for him over salden licht which is a quality horse

I really like the look of Salden Licht.  Hutchinson is no Choc but he's a good rider who does well for King.

Think I'll do Salden Licht single. Plus and a King R/F (Salden and Walkon)

Like the look of Bothy who has EW claims. Danny Cooke back onboard may just get a bit more out of him.

Forget Woodland Phil. That rookie Joseph Bramlett i mentioned is -3 thru 17 and has suddenly shot into 65-1 on Betfair. I reckon he may have eagle chances on the par 5 18th (I haven't got the golf on due to missus watching fucking Notting Hill)

I got a whopping 1000-1 on him.

Keegan Bradley going well at 300-1.

It will all change over the weekend im sure. Been gambling on golf too long to get over excited in the 1st round but Joseph Bramlett - wow!!

Edit: Finished -3. Still a good show.

AW Master Eddie Ahern rides Downhill Skier in the 5.40 at Wolverhampton.

This race is full of horses that have never really progressed beyond class 6 races and probably never will.  But I do like the look of Downhill Skier here.

Suffering a 6lb penalty following a win last time out over C&D with who I think was the trainer's daughter in the saddle.  Ahern has been drafted in for this beacause in my opnion he is the best AW jockey around and will get the most out of this mule carrying extra weight.

Cleaned up with Eddie last time I backed him but nowhere near as confident this time but still having a go. Also will do a little R/F with the second to Downhill Skier last time out Young Simon.
