I see. Camomile for me is a tale about robbers, and then of course there is the tea although I've never known what's different about it. Now I do.
I went on to sleep well for 5 hours, taking my total yesterday to 10 hours.
I'm not a big fan either. For me there's tea, which is 'proper tea' - the black stuff, preferably yorkshire, green tea, which I also find acceptable, then every other 'tea' which for me, comes into a handy catch all term of 'poof's tea'. That said, I will reluctantly drink camomile in some circumstances because it really does have a calming effect and is without doubt good for you. Lemon squeezed in it stops it tasting quite so rank too.
Glad you got some decent sleep in the end though mate, I get insomnia every now and then and it's a total bastard.
Would have though everyone would have their squads to you by now Sarge. They must be at work? Id been looking forward to getting home to see how the poll was coming

The thing with Yeboah though - he'd start the season, score all his goals in about 12 games, then couldn't buy a goal for the rest of the season. Some epic strikes in his time here though.
