Any time the opposition ramps up the intensity they score.

Apart from that great free kick from Trent nothing has really changed. Same slow build up, same awful decisions in the attacking 3rd, and 2-3 players way short of the mark.

Endo isn’t good enough once again, the equaliser all started to build with him dawdling on the ball and then he’s all over the place just doesn’t protect the defence whatsoever.

Yep he's a long way from being good enough. Lots of them who, on paper, are, aren't playing well though.

Ay did anyone know that, statistically, Antonee Robinson is the most dynamic full back in the league?

I didn't know that but did mention in the pre match that we should be looking at him.

Hurrah for me!

A goal to the good with two mins left in the half and under the cosh. For some inexplicable Robertson fires a pass from the byline into Gravenberch who is surrounded by Fulham players at the top of our box instead of pumping it clear. That kind of thing happens over and over and over again. They all seem to have brain rot.

They do some of the most bizarre things at the back of late.

We just can't manage a game or the ball to save our lives. Last 5 mins were just ridiculous. Was a poor touch from Gravenberch which gave away the free kick but honestly was it Robbo doing passing it there in the first place. Deal with that properly and they likely don't creat another chance. Even then, lots of chances to deal with the ball but we don't.

Just not tough enough to take full advantage when we get the lead througha a bit of magic.

Now have to win the game yet again.

When was the last time we went 2 nil up in a game?

In the whole history of the world, I wonder has a fanbase ever been so critical (rightly or wrongly) of a team in the midst of a title race, and who could go joint top in late April with a win.

I'm not even having a pop at anyone, I just find it such a weird situation.

It'll actually be pretty funny if we do win the league looking back on all this.

Story of our season - goals will come once the clock hits 75.
Let us never forget Rafael Benitez and what he did for us. A fighter full of guts and passion. A gentleman full of class and dignity. A football manager full of intelligence and pure genius. A Legend.
Adios Rafa, buena suerte.

We’ve been ok but not sure why Robertson decided to play that pass to Robbo, and then VVD is in no man’s land on the cross in for the goal

We've palyed okay but our build up play is sooo slow.

Also BOOT IT OUT YOU FUCKERS! Sometimes inticate play from the back is not needed.

Booting it out directtly led to them getting possession and scoring.

1 up in the last few mins of a half away from home, not been playing well for weeks. Lets keep playing ourselves into trouble rather than for territory

Mo on for Gakpo. Put Jota in the middle.
I think Gakpo has been one of the few positives. Maybe try him in midfield again, cant be more useless than Gravenberch and Elliott

Yeah it's called being tired. Half of them have been run into the ground and the other half have spent months being injured. Get a grip.
I’ve plenty links to the clubs playing and backroom staff as many on here know thank you very much. Fair enough, I admire your optimism. But you’re absolute ostriches if you think this squad, even with 2 or 3 new, “cut price” players with potential get us anywhere close

No, but we're better than Fulham and still can't create a goal from open play.

Oh, and we're still conceding simple goals.

Nothing new.

Haha I'm kidding, Peter Drury mentioned it about 3 times along with Paulinho making the most tackles. Felt like he'd forgot where he was up to on his page and started the chapter from the beginning.

This half has perfectly summed up our last month.

Lack of midfield presence, unable to create chances, and when we do we miss. Defence had nothing to do all half, and when they do, crumble.

Frustrating to watch, let’s hope we have a better second half.

We are awful at getting the ball out of our own third, even at goal kicks. It takes us minutes every single time. When it's obvious that the opposition is cutting down our short passes to play out from the back, just go long and go from there. We unnecessarily build pressure at the back and run down the clock by wasting so much time trying to find the short route. If we do that 2nd half still, we are fucked. 80% possession but 60% in our own half is pointless.

Just can’t turn a lead into a comfortable lead. Infuriating. Then we give up a goal like that and have to start all over again.

Thought we’d done ok, while still looking  vulnerable at the back and lacking in confidence.

Let’s go again reds
