Not sure, I think they added an AdBlocker denier. It used to be so clean and nice, now it's fucked.

Definitely a new thing for me. Even with my adblocker on, there's a pop up asking me to allow ads and when I decline it just pops back up again the next time I go to another part of the site. Bloody annoying as it was such a great site and resource. Probably won't bother with it again now.

Massive fan of, The Lobster, and, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, but I don't like, Dogtooth. Not just because of the very obviously disturbing/disgusting/morally reprehensible things portrayed but more because it just felt so empty and nihilistic. There just didn't seem to be any point to it...which may have been the point, just a shit one.

I just finally watched "The Favourite" this past weekend and really enjoyed it, especially the dancing. I'm watching "The Lobster" Friday or Saturday. I have a lot of catching up to do when it comes to Western films this past decade or so.

I saw it long before The Lobster and The Favourite and far long before Yorgos Lanthimos became mainstream so it's basically a hipster pick

I liked it but I know what you mean, I can't imagine I'd want to watch it again and again.
