His best football has been superior to most of our first team. If they are inferior to Lucas then surely in your logic they are they not good enough and we should get rid of them all?

You know, if you're trying to disprove the theory that those who don't rate Lucas are stupid, you might try a little punctuation. And perhaps a lengthy summary of why you don't rate the player, in full sentences, neatly paragraphed. Without using the trite and meaningless phrase 'not good enough'.

He has been a regular since the new manager came in post-World Cup and has been handed the renowned no.5 shirt. Don't twist the facts to boost your weak case

I can't believe some people are having a go over a missed chance. Misses like that happen when a team is devoid of confidence and struggling. Players snatch at things and shit happens. We are in serious danger of being relegated if the manager is not changed and changed with immediate effect.

It's the same with the few who still defend Roy, seems to me they would rather defend him till the end of days then just admit they were wrong .

1) You're objectively wrong on the sideways passes bit
2) You're the worst kind of Sky-kid-fan for slating a player for a miss - is Torres also 'woeful'?

I think you could win a league with lucas in your team, the problem is he would have to be one of the weaker players in the side whereas right now he's one of the best in our team.
