That was memorable but it was his only point. But the whole team got steamrolled to be fair. If it wasn't for Rahm & Garcia it would have been an utter humiliation.

I think 19-9 is an utter humiliation

Though as I always say, probably the greatest US side ever. Lowest ranked player was 21st in the world, and it was that guy thats number 1 now

At what point are those combinations picked.Are the captains having to make decisions on the hoof (so after 9 holes they have to decide if someone out in the morning is looking good to go out again in the afternoon).

I would love to know too, Johnson was on his phone ages in run up

Was just looking there, Europe have not lost a foursomes match on Friday on European soil since 2002

Any foursomes match at all? Rather than just the session as a whole? That’s incredible if so. Think 2010 in Wales they might have been washed out but even so!

Yeah I went back through it. 2018 Friday was a 4-0 (foursomes was played in afternoon rather than morning)

2006, 3 draws and a win

2010 was a washout, they never got the foursomes started

2014 won 3 halved 1
