One of our group doesn’t have a driving licence so what does she do for address verification, assuming you can only upload one picture which will be her passport? Apologies if this has been answered previously, I must have missed it. Cheers in advance

So season tickets are gonna be able to change names from someone who died years ago to any other persons name then members can too? yes or no? Just provide death certificate and I.d. for the person transferring to?

Ended up working on the last try for me. Driving license wouldn’t work but passport did.

System needs to be worked on I think. Not many will read these forums nor be savvy enough to get it done within the 6 tries.

Seems to be plenty enough on here that hasn't worked, so fuck knows how many there are in total.
I dont hold out much hope of the club being able to sort it all out

We phoned up about this and they said send an email via the Fan Update enquiry page with all info on the member plus the passport pic and the extra id pic and it should get sorted.

''Official Members who recorded 13 or more games during the 18/19 season can complete the LFC Fan Update process by December 31st 2019''

Just been on the phone to the club about my lads passport photo not being accepted.
Was told they are having trouble with the passport uploads and are having training to try and sort it out? Got asked the expected questions, was it in natural light, dark background etc. As it was taken in the same place as the 3 driving licences that were accepted, the issue must be with the system not the actual photograph.

Now I have to wait for them to get in touch with me to explain why it wasn't accepted, and his account is locked for updates until they do. Hopefully it's a simple fix to the system as I couldn't make the photographs any clearer. Can see this being a right ball ache.

I'm sorted now on attempt 5. I got frustrated and used my scanner with the DPI set to maximum to get an image to upload and it worked.

But the site specifically said that document scanner quality wouldn't be good enough.

Are provisional driving licenses accepted?

That's the only thing I can think of being an issue with my brother's. Mine and my 2 mates were fine with a full licence and all accepted first time.

My daughter did hers last night with a provisional driving licence & it went through first time.

They are making it pretty clear that a. you can only have one card per person and they aren't transferring credits between cards.

I suppose if you can show a good reason why the card with cups is not in his name and that they are 'his' credits you might be able to do something - you can only ask.

Yup. There's a lot of hysteria around this process and people are presuming this means photo ID cards. To avoid confusion they should have told people about the change of members cards towards the end of the season lol

Had the email today, went to do the update and 1 piece of information is wrong on my details, the date of birth. Updated the details, as I'll be using a driving licence that has your date of birth on it, so thought it best to. Now have to wait for someone to get in contact with me within the next 5 days, all because 1 digit was wrong on my date of birth.

My date of birth was wrong as well, but I changed it at the window some time last season. Really glad I did now
